Espresso drinks taste pretty good but are on the weak side. I feel like I need more caffeine after. I came in the morning after having major surgery last month for my first time getting espresso as a treat since I couldn’t have it after surgery with my jaw wired closed. I came in, was not acknowledged for several minutes. No one else was in line, though they were making mobile orders. Eventually my order was taken but he left to do other things before I could pay, so my drink still didn’t make it into the drink que from mobile orders. After 13 minutes from arrival I finally got my drink. I said thank you, but I am unable to speak loudly due to recently being wired shut. As I walked away, one of the baristas made a super loud, snotty “you’re welcome” as if I hadn’t said thank you. I paid a premium for a drink. I was completely ignored when I came in- maybe because my face looks odd and swollen and then I was shamed loudly because the woman never looked at me to see I had said thank you. Very disappointing to be shaming people clearly who are physically not well and not like the inclusive Peets I remember from Berkeley. Shame on you

So grateful to the manager for keeping my credit card safe when I forgot it. I came back to pick it up the next morning and she gave me a free cup of coffee! That truly made my day. Pete's employees at this location are just as great as their coffee. Thank you! :)
I was feeling Hopeless at the beginning of the long week. Went in for Hope and much needed Caffeine. 10 outta10. 🌟🌟 Coffee was good too.

Peet's is ALWAYS excellent. I got a size large medium-roast which was perfection, and an egg white, tomato, and feta frittata. Yummy! Great app rewards. Highly recommend.
The best Peet’s location! I’ve been coming here for years. Even at it’s busiest they cater to each customer. It wasn’t too busy today and I went in for an afternoon coffee (on my crutches) and made a pick up order on the app after re-loading my balance up front at the register. The staff kindly agreed to bring me my drink despite it being a pick-up coffee shop, due to my leg being broken. Such sweet people and the best coffee !
I absolutely love this Peet's Coffee location. The staff are always friendly. Speed of Service is usually pretty good. Morning during normal rush hours are a little slower but that's to be expected. Shout out to the great crew!!! I managed a Starbucks for almost 3 years and their coffee does not even come close to Peets. Now that I've had Peet's, I detest Starbucks!
Great place. Bigger than you would expect. Only thing I wish they would do is convert the mobile pick-up area to more seating. Definitely prefer it here than Starbucks. Fits me for my needs, might not fit for your needs.
Aliso Village - Laguna Niguel This is my local coffee spot. I love the coffee and even more the awesome service. Everyone is so kind and take care of all the customers. Nala is the manager and she works so hard...with the restof the staff Keeping things together. Love this place!
I have gone Peet's Coffee multiple times in multiple locations. I don't know why, but the coffee here seemed smoother than other locations I've tried. The staff was ultra nice and we purchased probably six to seven drinks over the time we were there celebrating New Year's. Plenty of seating, excellent service!
