Way better than that trash Starbucks
Love the Coffee bean so much more than ANY Starbucks!! Their coffee is great and their breakfast is delicious! I always get the Ham egg and cheese brioche or the chorizo burrito!
Tried the mango ice blended drink (with almond milk) and have to say it's a great and refreshing drink.

Worst ever drive thru takes longer than 30 minutes and to follow up mess up on drink
I love Coffee Bean. However, the wait is very long. Drive thru pace needs improvement. There could be 3 vehicles in front of me, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the order booth. I've been to other locations such as the coffee bean in West Los Angeles/off of Palms, the barista's are quick and fast. Other than that, I love the Café!
Service was quick and on point which is refreshing because normally I have to plan to visit this store or go very early in the morning to not have a 20 min wait 🤔 Hope this new trend continues 🙂🙂

Festival weekends are always crazy out here and the staff at this location handles it so well. The are happy and courteous, friendly and helpful. Coffee Bean has the absolute best blended espresso drinks too, one of my favorite places to go while visiting Palm Desert.
Currently 30 minutes in the drive thru. Still have not got helped. Person on the intercom just said, "I'll be with you in a minute." Had to leave so I wouldn't be late to work.
The staff are very nice. Had a matcha tea blended and was very good. Nice and clean place.

To all the associates. Well done. We are regular customer. My wife and I always grab our morning hazelnut lattes every single morning and they are always delicious. The customer service is incredibly friendly and always at our disposal. They greet us and everyone that walks in. Grea8 work guys keep it up.
Great place to relax with a cup of coffee. Really enjoy the Vietnamese Coffee Humm good stuff. Everyone's has a smile there.
