I love coffee bean and it’s products but this review is Based upon customer service and professionalism. 3 times in a row this week I have came By at 10 when they close at 1030 and no one would answer the at the drive thru. Finally a employee names jessica says sorry we’re closed for the night i explained that this keeps happening and they aren’t closed, they close at 1030 and she just said “actually ya we are closed we close at 10” when it doesn’t. i drove over to the front door to see what times it’s says closed as well as their app and online. They all say 1030. I let it go the first two times but this is getting ridiculous the manager needs to either change his closing time or explain to his employees that they can’t just close whenever they feel like it.
Slow drive thru, good coffee
They were out of chai tea! They were out of apricot Ceylon! They could not serve me tea! The manager told me to buy a tin of 20 tea bags so that they could make me a cup of tea! Gross mismanagement & huge lack of customer service!
We have been going to Coffee Bean since they first opened in Westwood Village. They have superior coffee. Their IBM is the yummiest!!! Their teas are flavorful and they have a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks. You are sure to find something you will love!
Go some other coffee shop. Bad experience mid day on a Saturday. They were giving drinks away to the wrong people and gave me someone else’s drink even when I double checked. They should write the drink name on cup. Then when they made my drink she couldn’t seem to confidently tell me what milk she used and I have an almond allergy so I need to be sure. I didn’t end up drinking my coffee and my son didn’t eat his cold cinnamon roll.
Love their coffee and tea! This place is big enough and good to meet with friends or clients for a cup of coffee or tea. Free wifi makes it easy and convenient to connect to the internet while enjoying your tea or coffee or having a meeting on Zoom
Kind of wished the app allowed you to choose a time to pick up your order. I ordered ahead late one night, didn't know time pick-up doesn't exist. My order was ready to pick-up once I got there, but there was a line of cars stuck in time. I also wished I got my already cold stuff quickly. Having to wait forever and store doors locked, I just left. The online ordering system needs some tweaks as well as in person service.
Coffee Bean tea is my absolute favorite. If I have one complaint about this location is that they are either understaffed, or the staff feels no sense of urgency to get customers taken care of. I have stood at the register for minutes and not had anyone acknowledge me. Times are hard and I will keep visiting, but I hope they continue to work on staffing.
This place sucks....10 mins waiting for an online order and then they make the wrong drink...smh...3 times now I've waited at least 10 mins for an online order. They don't even have any customers in the store. Bunch of incompetent workers more interested in conversations with each other. Disappointing.
The drinks are so good better than Starbucks.

I showed up around 7:56 am and I waited in line until 8:22 am waiting for my turn but the staff did not seem to want to help anyone and was unable to handle the morning rush by the time I got to the cashier I had already forgotten my order from the frustration of waiting in line for a long time!
If you have about 30 mins to spare go through the drive thru otherwise you might get better service inside
Ordered coffee in the afternoon and it was not hot and tasted as if brewed hours earlier. I wish these so called coffee places actually made a decent cup. 7-11 has better coffee. Luckily, the everything bagel I ordered was delicious
So spacious and clean. Always prefer their coffee, tea and beverages than other competitors
