The customer service at this specific location is always exemplary compared to some of the other locations Ive went to. I truly appreciate how accommodating and kind they are! Thank you always for good coffee
Very nice coffee shop but the downside is that you that you wat forever for a simple and stuck up employees.,,I guess it much area. Aww
Fast and friendly service but be aware this is not a real coffee shop for coffee connoisseurs. They just do pour over using plastic containers for their hot water and customize your drinks with flavors and spices, and sugar. All the BPAs and plastic flavor goes into your coffee. They don't have an espresso bar. You cannot get a real espresso, latte or cappuccino here. I would not go here if you are looking for an espresso bar and real baristas. You can go here if you want a customized beverage with different coffee flavors. To each their own.
If you need a caffeine pick me up you need to come to Philz. Oh my god I’ve been missing out on this coffee shop and I’ve been living in this area for almost 3 years. So goood!!
No lattes!! Go to Whole Foods cafe for a decent selection of lattes :) I went here just for latte and they didn’t have any just fyi!!
Not your average Star Bucks! Beyond that- it features truly great coffee and is very trendy/busy. Catering to people on the go in my opinion as there isn't much room to socialize. They also have quality croissants- Butter, chocolate, almond, blueberry muffins. ENJOY!
I really like this location. It's really good for studying. It is on the more crowded side, so just be aware.

Stopped here after a quick nearby Dr appt wanting to try something new. I had the Ether dark roast with a hint of cocoa and cherry in a Med size to enjoy on my drive back to Vista. I wish I had tried a pastry, gives me a reason to visit again.
Pretty dissatisfied. Was told it would be sweet and chocolatey. Got an iced black coffee that’s going in the can.

Pros: Great coffee; reliable Wi-Fi Cons: Cold like a freezer. Staff has no ability to set temperature. Bring warm clothing. Made feedback back in 2021, nothing has changed.
Philz certainly brews nice coffee and has a wide range of options for basic and specialty drinks. The coffee itself is hard to criticize, and it’s really only about $0.50 more than Starbucks on average. They have an app to order ahead, and usually have 3-4 baristas on staff working their own location, speeding up the ordering and production processes. This Philz has a nice interior with two bathrooms and a good amount of seating where you can hang out or work on your laptop. As far as specialty drinks, I most like the New Manhattan and Mint Mojito. The only downside is some of the drinks can get very pricey, especially after the tip is paid—if you try something a bit more exotic you might walk away having paid upward of $8.
My favorite coffee place for every weekend. I love getting Tesora, New Manhattan, philharmonic and Silken Splendor.
Went to Philz Coffee, ordered the Tantalizing Turkish coffee. This has Mint and Cardamom which made me really want to try it. I got some cream in it but no sugar. You could really tasted the mint and the coffee was super good. There were a ton of orders but it took me less than 5 minutes to order and get my coffee. Great place and really good coffee.
I was apprehensive at first, it was crowded, and they make your coffee custom, and I had no idea what to order, so I got Green Tea with honey and it was the best green tea I've ever had. The coffee is unique, flavorful and delicious. The app is brilliant , order when you pull out of your driveway and pull up approx 9 minutes later and grab it and go. No contact and always greet. Tired of the other chain, I found my coffee shop.
Terrible service, poor product. I would not return there. I ordered a latte and they gave me a coffee with a portion of coffee mate cream. That is not a latte, not even close. And it was horrible. I only noticed when I got back to my place - so couldn't go there to switch or return. If they don't have latte in their menu, they should have told me - not taken my money thinking it wouldn't notice I didn't get what I wanted.
VERY much a children's place with play area assigned. Not enough chairs most tables filled by student one to a table with their laptops. We preferred to drink outside. Very good coffee. Not for me.
This place is popping. A non-stop steady stream of humans. There is indoor seating (no outdoor) but super full (at least on a Sunday morning/afternoon). Always a line but moves quick enough. Staff is kind and happy to answer questions. I got iced coffee (Jacob’s Wonderbar). $5 for 16oz iced coffee. Wifi is fast (no password needed).
