I love Kuppa Joy! I’m tired of bitter shots. The drinks are normally milked down, so I think customers don’t notice, but I can smell a bitter shot, and definitely know when it wasn’t pulled correctly. They don’t double check your order to insure it was right, then you get it completely wrong, with no apology, just an overall attitude. However, the Kingsburg location lacks in customer service. Its not welcoming, the baristas don’t talk with the customers unless they have to, there is no fellowship between them and the customer and it feels disconnected. Compared to other coffee shops, it is not a fast paced environment all the time, there should be developed relationships, and the baristas should leave issues at the door, and put on a work face. This isn’t to say they are bad individuals, they’re just young and this generation lacks in customer service.

I come here all the time, but these last two times my coffees have been horrible to the point where I can’t even drink it. It has a horrible aftertaste and it’s super thick. Wasted money.
Expertly-brewed and blended coffee, excellent service. For my companion, for whom noise is a problem, the atmosphere is rather loud (music, coffee grinder, blender, open ceiling), but if that is not an isdie for you, this is a family-friendly establishment with a positive vibe. The iced latte with stevia is deliciously smooth. >^..^<

My favorite coffee hands down. I have traveled from San Diego all the way up to Oregon. I've tried alot of coffee shops and KJ is still my favorite.

Honestly, I can say this is the best coffee ever! In my opinion of course. The hallelujah hits the spot each and everytime and the service is always so great

Love it small business in a small town fast very friendly service the almond joy coffee is delightful and delicious and the fire pour over is in fact FIRE
