Happy we stopped by for afternoon treats. The pumpkin pie had a deep molasses and clove flavor that was like a holiday hug and the apple pie was homemade, tart, and perfectly balanced with the whipped cream. Really great pies with a nice textured crust. Carrot cake was yum too. Lovey ti sit on the tables outside

This is a small cafe bakery. We just stopped by for our first time to pick up a Caesar salad to go with our home cooked meal in our lodge room. Excellent salad! All the sandwiches, salads, soups and large variety of baked goods looked and smelled delicious. Will definitely plan meals there when we return to our June Lake timeshare.

Hidden gem. Good food. The homemade desserts we're outstanding. To top it all, I received recommendations for places to visit nearby.

HIGHLY recommended!! This is by far the best place to get dessert/breakfast cakes. The staff are friendly, greeted with a good morning and a smile! Everything is cooked to perfection and coffee fresh! We went back and bought more cakes, even got some homemade fudge as they are closed on Sundays, but we recommend to any locals or tourists - you won’t be disappointed.

Tiny place with great big serving sizes. Food was delicious too. But don't expect to have a seat if you're ordering during the lunch rush. They only have a few picnic tables. The peach pie was the best I've ever had. Ever.

We went there on a Saturday. Got a piece of apple pie and a Carmel brownie. They were so good. I went back the next day to get more but unfortunately they were closed. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Our last day staying in June Lake and we went to Epic Cafe for dinner. I had a delicious BBQ pulled pork panini sandwich. For dessert I had an amazing carrot cake. Great experience!

Nice little shop with amazing food! We did the desserts but they were the best I've had in awhile. Even the ice tea is really good which is hard for me to find. Definitely recommend!

Do not miss out on this delightful to-go cafe in June Lake. Call your order in advance or go inside to the counter wearing a properly fitted mask and place your order. Seating is available outside. Since I have a wheat allergy, I was pleased to find that I could have a paninni on gluten-free bread. Sandwich orders come with either soup or two choices of salad. I chose the tuna melt with provolone and the spinach, strawberry, walnut and feta salad with a tangy homemade dressing. It was absolute perfection! Another day, I hesitated to order their quinoa salad because I often make this at home. My friend insisted that it was the best quinoa salad ever. She was right. This quinoa salad included 3 different types of beans. They provide plenty of variety with their quinoa salads. They also make a curry quinoa salad with a creamy coconut dressing. They don't open till 11 a.m.but you can see the bakers in the windows merrily creating bakery items (sadly not allowed in my diet) starting at 7 a.m.! Also, I am impressed that they only use compostable containers. Everything they make is perfect and fresh. Truly this is a treasure trove in this tiny mountain town. Their secret ingredient is love!
