I don't know if it's just every experience I've had or what - but Day-O does not have good coffee. . I've given them plenty of chances before this review, yet disappointed. Sure, their sugary frapps and syrup filled smoothies are okay. That's about it. Everything else is watered down. Perhaps considering an upgrade to your coffee beans, machines, and overall operation to start serving more quality coffee would be great.

They consistently make very good drinks. The Jamestown location tends to forget to ask if I would prefer hot, iced, or blended (And I forget to request my preference). They automatically will blend my drink which is fine, but I usually prefer a hot drink. Their breakfast bagel sandwich could be better (crossing my fingers for a partnership with Bagel Bin one day), scones are always delicious, and the muffins are prepackaged.

I was hesitant to even go there because the always screw up the process of making my drink. They constantly put the frap powder(which is for blended drinks) and put it in my Hot Bar drinks. Instead of making actual mochas with syrup and shots they just mix the powder with milk. (NOT THE SAME THING DAY O) I even specifically asked the barista to make it on the hot bar with syrup and still got a super frothy powdered drink. No other coffee shop in history has made mochas wrong. But day o does. Makes a delicious drink taste like 💩💩💩💩 Never going back again. Waste of 6 dollars every trip.

The customer service was not the best. In fact, it was probably the worst. Just my opinion. It's cool, I can get better coffee and better service anywhere.
