The second you walk in, you're enveloped by the amazing smell of fresh coffee - it's like an instant hug for your senses. The baristas are all smiles and clearly love what they do. You can tell they're coffee geeks in the best possible way, just by the way they talk about their beans, brew methods, and the time they take to help you navigate their hefty menu. As for the coffee? Oh man, it's out-of-this-world good. I tried their medium roast, and each sip was like a flavor party in my mouth - think cocoa meets caramel with just the right hit of acidity. It was just spot on.
It takes longer than I thought to get the coffee I ordered. However, the staffs are kind enough to forget the waiting time.
Jackie stinks.. it was 6:45 and the door was locked.. I tried to go thru the drive thru (I had just finished my three mile run and wanted a coffee to get me thru the rest of my work night ahead) but Jackie hid under the counter I saw her duck down and hide, so I yelled that I saw her. She then popped up, came to the front door and unlocked it, told me that I had to have a car thru to go thru the drive thru, I explained I just ran here and the sign says the lobby closes in 15 min.. she said only the drive thru is open.. Jackie is very lazy. Do better Jackie
I’m not sure what went wrong but I don’t believe they are making the drinks correctly.. order 2 cold brew salted toffee & tasted like burnt. I asked for a iced latte instead, came out worse.
Bad service
. . . so much better than Starbucks (no burned taste to their coffee), and it's also a much warmer, cozier environment! . . . GREAT service, too! Their ultimate ice blended drinks are also FAR BETTER than Starbucks Frappuccino drinks.
Never coming to Coffee Bean. Order was made incorrectly. They pushed me aside saying they wouldn't do a refund or make me a new drink when I was already waiting over 10 minutes.

This is the last time I buy anything from the coffee bean Michelle the general manager is not a pet-friendly person and her store misleads people to go in with dogs because there are no signs anywhere about no dogs. We were there for 25 minutes and she asked to leave a minute after our purchase. She waited till we spent $$$ and then told us no dogs were allowed inside. No wonder Starbucks is always busy. Such good spot to chill with ice coffee during weekend. Outside table has a lot of space and you can enjoy whatever you want with coffee there

Nice seating area. I had the new summer teas, Peach Jasmine tea . The barista was nice too friendly attitude and warm smile :)
I was a horrible guest, unsure what I wanted. They were super cool.
Another great experience at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Service was great. Indoors was very clean. This location has a great shared patio area. Lots of seating and shade to relax and enjoy your coffee or ice blended! You and your friends can get food from different restaurants and all sit together. Many large tables and small ones too. Will definitely come back again.

Worst service ever at this place. Stay away. I ordered latte with no sugar. They gave me sweetest coffee ever with 3 or more shots. This happened to me twice!! Something really wrong with this place. Bunch of idiots working here with no knowledge on how to prepare, serve and take orders.
I love this place very friendly people work here.
