Pit stop on the way up Mendocino. Great tea! This is not as common as it should be. They make custom teabags. We asked for extra strong with steamed milk. It was just right. Delicious selection of munchies also. We had chocolate croissant and a jam scone. Both were delicious.
Coffee is always good
Coffee is wonderful and the food was great! Service was amazing as well. It's a little "dry/cold" as far as ambiance is concerned but everything else makes up for that.
I think this is a must try coffee shop. This place is amazing. Their coffee, lattes, and teas are very well made! They also have food - love their organic bagel.
If you love coffee. Then definitely stop and grab a cup.
Came into town for some wine tasting and decided to stop and have a coffee and pastry. We got a coffee and a lemon poppyseed loaf slice. Coffee was delicious and the loaf was nice and tart but also a bit dense.
Peanut butter mocha was goooooood.

My favorite coffee in Sonoma county. The location is lovely, the coffee is absolutely delicious, the food is great, and everyone is super friendly. Sunday morning are good for people watching (if you're into that.) I buy their beans on the regular for all my home coffee needs.
The Jam Biscuit was absolute perfection: soft, crumbly and toasty in all the right places. The seasonal lattes (Peppermint Mocha and Maccabee) were delicious as well. Definitely will be back to spend time here in the future. Bonus-- Dog friendly patio!
I really liked the ambience here. It’s busy but seats open up rather quickly. The pastries and breakfast burritos were yummy.
Laura was my “barista” and she was super friendly and even though my order was super complicated and there was a long line she still got me what I wanted and even pronounced my name correctly. Pay her more money!!!

Bought a bag of east Java blend It was 30 % ethiopia ! Very fruity. Floral. Almost threw it out

Cutest little coffee shop with wonderful humans. The burrito tasted a little reheated but the coffee was excellent!
Coffee here is fantastic! Highly recommend everyone to try their seasonal lattes. I ordered lavender latte and honey lattes, they both tasted great! Staff is super friendly, inside is spacious with decent amount of seats (with tables), oh and, did I mention their pastries are amazing as well? :)
Took my niece and nephew. They're 6 and 4. They were treated as young adults by the staff, and they were on their best behavior. Great food and outstanding latte. Highly recommend the Black Oak.
