It's difficult to relax when people are hooded and sleeping at tables. It's not fault of Peet's coffee, just the state of things currently.
Better than Starbucks and you can put your own cream and sugar 😂😂😆😆
Love the flavor of Peet's decaf coffee! Also love that this store has 2 vegan warm breakfast items! The Mediterranean flatbread is great! I'm granting the 5th star because during my early visits my order was made incorrectly a couple times (I don't do caffeine) and I had challenges early on with the app not granting my rewards correctly; but those issues have since been resolved. Always a friendly greeting in the morning - just wish there was a store a little closer to my commute path!

I like this coffebar, but they do Tend to lose track of how many people are waiting in line while their dealing with some giddy slow-to-order patron in the mornings, weekdays
When there is a line in the morning, please stop moving stuff around and get the customer going 1st.

These people called the police on me for sitting there for a half hour it's worse than working for Mr Sharoody but they showed up in 10 minutes and walked across the lot to Starbucks lol

Customer service is friendly. Food and coffee is better than Starbucks. This Peet's has plenty of indoor seating. I got the large Holiday Spice Latte, Crispy Ham & Swiss sandwich, and the Berry Cream Scone. It was really tasty.
Love my Peets coffee. Every time I travel to Bay area, I stop at any peets that's close by. I have the oatmeal most of the time with my Oat Milk latte.
I grew up in Oakland, but my mother worked in Berkeley and Vine and Walnut is where I got a little coffee with a lot of milk to quench my thirst as a pre teenager back in the days Alfred himself worked there..I'm a peetnick big-time!!
The hot chocolate was awful the coffee was awful, I don't know what they're doing . Just go to Starbucks
Manager here is a straight player hater.... always being rude for nothing, maybe got a stick up her.. if you got any swag, watch out for the small Asian lady and big white guy Adam to straight hate on you for no reason..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
they need to clean their machines more often. coffee tastes bitter and burnt
Wonderful place. The staff was fast, courteous and very friendly.
Love love the coffee drinks but the surrounding location with vagabonds makes it difficult to enjoy your drink.
The drip coffee was great and we ordered two breakfast sandwiches which were both really good (turkey bacon egg / Mediterranean flatbread (yummy!)) The servers seemed new as they struggled to complete my relatively small order. But they were very responsive and polite as I corrected them for missing items.
Can't go wrong with Peet's coffee! This is a great location in the heart of downtown, good seating options and a nice place to study or meet a friend. The staff are very friendly too!
