I visited One Eleven Coffee Shop with a friend earlier this week in may 2023 and unfortunately had a negative experience with one of the employees. The employee, a young woman with red hair, freckles , I think her name was McKenna . she seemed very annoyed and was short with me when I asked a question about the menu. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but being rude to customers is not acceptable. It's important for employees to treat customers with respect and patience, even when they are busy or having a bad day. I hope the coffee shop management can address this issue with the employee and ensure that all customers are treated kindly and respectfully. Despite this negative experience, I have to say that the coffee was potent and woke me up for work. The atmosphere of the coffee shop was cozy and welcoming, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating. If the issue with the employee can be resolved, I would consider returning to this coffee shop. In fact this was the only reason for the review , as it was in my mind for awhile. In conclusion, I believe that One Eleven Coffee Shop has great potential to be a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and conversation. However, it's important for the staff to treat customers with kindness and respect at all times. I hope my feedback can help the coffee shop improve and provide a better experience for all customers.
An employee (McKenna) said something board lined racist after I complained that I got the wrong drink.
The service is usually good but the coffee itself isn't that great
This was my first time coming here, Baristas were friendly & atmosphere was cool. I ordered a large salted caramel latte, I was not a fan whatsoever which sucks because I really wanted to love this place since it's super close to my work and was burnt out from starbucks. I noticed they used walmart brand which is great love that brand too but for the amount I paid I was expecting better taste/quality. The first make the coffee was extremely milky & tasted like straight milk so I asked if they can remake it & the second make was no better. I had to toss my coffee away. Now looking back I should have went to starbucks, Maybe I just got a bad coffee day but hopefully other ppl thinking about going there enjoy their coffee!
Generic coffee. Their beans are disappointing. Low quality. Wasted my time.
The same thing I don't mind paying for a cup of coffee when it's coffee and not watered-down coffee how hard is it to read a measuring cup or spoon 🤔
Anytime I’m in the area I always make a point to stop here. Their coffee is delicious (actually tastes like coffee and not just syrup) and the baristas are so friendly! My favorite is the caramel iced latte with oat milk but you really can’t go wrong with any of their drinks.
I just had an amazing experience with customer service MY gma passed early this morning an she could see the distress on my face an she took my hand an said some wonderful empowering things thank you for making today a Lil less heartbroken 🙏 ❤️ 💙
That was a fine cup of coffee and not at all what I expected from a central valley cow town. Seriously, the drip was good to the last drop! Even as the temp changed the complexity of flavor kept giving and left me curious about other blends and roasts. Now I just have to convince my wife that we need to leave the 99 for this one cup of coffee whenever we travel down south.
Customer service was bad. Noticed they asked for everyone else’s name but mine. Was one of the first to order but received my order last from the people who ordered after me.
I love One Eleven, the staff are amazing and never get an order wrong. They always know exactly what you need to get your day going right. I highly recommend One Eleven to those looking for something outside of their usual coffee place.

My favorite coffee shop. I love their horchata Frappuccino.
Our weekly spot to go for a long walk and have a coffee. One Eleven is conveniently located and has plenty of sitting areas for a morning coffee. Their coffee can be inconsistent because they over press the coffee grounds to the point where the coffee is super bitter but when the pressure is good, their coffee is great! The Horchata cafe is one of my favorites to get and highly recommended.
The horchata was great just not enough ice.

Great customer service. They have strong delicious coffee. Workers are friendly and helpful. I tried their specialty,horchata iced coffee. Absolutely delicious if you like horchata you'll love it!! I will definitely be back.
I ordered the whipped vanilla iced coffee.Very delicious! I always enjoy the atmosphere and it was a nice day to sit outside and enjoy the spring weather and watch people go about their business down town. It's nice that they offer a selection of pastries and to go sandwiches.
