Very good seating inside and outside. Good location, but definitely pricey with inflation. Service used to good, but not anymore with bad attitudes from many baristas there. Can't even ask them a question. Definitely, will not return again.
Pretty good staff. It's a young staff (they had the best staff pre-pandemic) and depending on who the shift lead is, service can vary. Sometimes when they are busy with drive-thru orders they will just straight up ignore customers at the counter, but they're very apologetic. It's more lack of training than apathy. Sweet kids. The drinks are good, food is alright, sometimes the temperature of food can vary too hot or too cold, though. The biggest bummer is that half of the outlets in the store do not work at all (the staff says they have no control over the electricity in the store, which seems odd) The wifi can just turn off randomly for hours as well. So not the best place to go to do work. All that being said, if you come here go thru the drive thru or do a pick up order online and just walk in to pick it up. If you do that, it will be a good experience.
Great service! Always friendly! Definitely get the app! We were in Southern California for a week and earned so many discounts on the app! They don't use syrup to flavor their drinks. They use powder, but it's well blended, and you can't tell! They need to work on the tipping option on their app. I tried to tip them all week, and the app didn't like my card, but it took it for the drinks.
Love this location. Their customer service is much better than any other chain I’ve been to. The manager is phenomenal and I love the food and drinks. Well worth stopping by
They're walking distance from the auto repair shop. It was nice to go in there, Quick service. Plenty of room to sit down there. It is not crowded at all. The coffee is definitely better than Starbucks
Drinks are always consistent here with the taste. That's a huge plus! Love their iced dirty Chai.
My go to is always Coffee Bean hands down. Absolutely love their tea lattes and I am never disappointed when I come to this location. Staff is always so helpful and attentive with my order. I have purchased some of their retail to make their tea lattes at home and they always have what I need in stock!

Rude and horrible service. The prices are far beyond the quality of their products. They charge for water: very rude, tacky and trashy. They expect you to ask for creme and sugar, what a nuisance. There are many choices for coffee, no reason to patronize this place. Do yourself a favor and let them go out of business. It will be no loss to the community. There is better treatment for your money elsewhere.
I went thru the drive thru tonight and was hungry, never ate here before and Briana was exceptional 👌 Top notch upselling, and so enthusiastic, my expectations were certainly exceeded. Just Wow!
Coffee bean Glendora is disappointing. They offer coffee but no restroom. They said it is closed because of safety reasons. I asked for my seat to be wiped down because there were crumbs on it and the service person rolled her eyes and acted as if I asked her to do something out of ordinary.

Coffee bean is amazing! And Joel at the drive thru was absolutely wonderful and polite! Definitely appreciate an employee like that!
