Bought cans of tea to make at home. Employees were awesome
Have been going to this location for many years. The only complaint I ever had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Unfortunately on this visit there seemed to be friend of the barista hanging out at the counter where the drinks come out. She had her keys and drink and she was eating and drinking there and she was hanging/leaning over on the counter in her sports bra the whole time we were there. She would move a bit for people to get their drinks but it seemed very unsanitary to those of us getting coffee. Service was also slow because of the visiting. Staff is always friendly here.
Been a few years since we had coffee bean, and it did not disappoint as usual <3 Starbucks who?
I've never had a problem at this spot. It's always been a good place to get coffee or tea. Their peach jasmin ice tea is the best.
Don't know who was working inside today, but waited around 10mins for someone to take my order through the drive-thru, called out a few times and no one responded
It would cool if they carry soup during the cold seasons winter and fall. They could have a vote on which soup to carry each month inside store or online.
Facility can use some regular maintenance and upkeep. Friendly staff.
The service is very slow. Far slower than any other coffee shop. This is why Starbucks is still the at the top. Very poor management.
Counting the days til dutch bros opens. These people have a horrible vibe. You feel it when you walk in the door. The coffee is a reflection of their poor attitude.
Tried a new tea the orchard peach. It was really good. It's a green tea with a slight peach taste. Definitely might gets again.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but of the 3-5 times I've been here the experience hasn't been great. For starters the way they set up the drive-thru blocks all parking in front of the store creating a total nuisance. The wait is always long whether going inside or drive-thru and I can't tell if the service is slow or they're just always busy, its probably both. Also, they were out of stock on the tea I wanted which is such a letdown, I don't know if that's not staying on top of inventory or coincidentally the times I went it was not available. When I did go inside it's not very roomy and messy. They get my drink right but there's just something about the customer service and speed of service that seems a bit off here so I don't plan on returning and go to another location where I've had better experiences.

The food and drink items that I get are always on point, most of the staff is great, the rest are working on it.
it used to be a great place but every week it seems that there are new people here. The workers are very nice, but too busy. They need to be trained and paid better. Changing workers every week isn’t ideal for a coffee shop, as taste differs and so do wait times. Last time I waited 30 minutes for a mocha. It was much better last year, but I recommend hiring people who will stay longer. For that, training and pay come into play.
Great Teas and coffees here! Way better than Starbucks imo. I'd rather go here than Starbucks anytime. They have a rewards program, special discounts, offers, holiday themes, great service and shorter lines! I'll always be back here. Thank you all so much!
I have never had a bad experience here, Every batista there are great and friendly people. Jacqueline Cruz the manager there has managed several CB&T since we have gone 2009. She has had great employees in both shops. My wife and I have to say she trains her employees well. Jacqueline is also out front serving customers and her interaction with everyone would not be evident of a manager. Love it, love this place, love the barista's, love the great treatment and atmosphere every time I visit or conduct my business inside.
They literally kicked us out saying they close in a few minutes I didn’t like them that much anyway
Walked in and Waited nearly 30 minutes for two blended drinks. Took too long. Please hire more workers.
Always fabulous. Drinks are amazing, prices are relatively good! And customer service is great. PS: go johnny depp tip jar! 😂
Coffee tastes better than Starbucks. All the employees are super friendly and patient. I am a convert.
