What can I say about this place that hasn't been said by everyone. The service is always with a smile, the drinks are delicious, and it's just a cute neighborhood coffee shop. If pressed for a complaint, the only thing I could say is they close too early 🤣🤣🤣 If you're looking for a pick me up, give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.
A really nice coffee shop with ample seating inside and outside. The staff is really nice and friendly. We ordered Dirty chai , Iced Latte , Cafe Mocha and a few breakfast items (egg bacon , croissant) which were really good.
First time here and everyone was so friendly the atmosphere was great. I'm not at all a Chai person but barista recommended the dirty Chai latte with almond milk and its now my new favorite thing! Highly recommend this place!
It was a wonderful place I would never have noticed if I hadn't taken a wrong turn. Would love to come back next time I'm in the area. Orange peel mocha was delicious! They have some merchandise that they were genuinely happy to sell to you. I love this place after just 1 visit. New favorite coffee shop in the area. Staff was very kind and easy on the eyes, though I won't be a judge for the male staff members. Plenty of seating.

Best secret of Escondido and completely worth the drive. The coffee is amazing. Staff is friendly making you feel like family. The earlier you go the better so you can snag the amazing pastries Dor and the Blue Mug team acquired from Glutenus Maximus. Tell them its your birthday for some birthday love. 🎂☕🥐🫖

Service was slow and a regulars coffee was pushed to the front of the line. We literally had to wait 30 mins for 2 coffees.
I absolutely love everything about blue mug! Every drink I've had has been good and the staff is wonderful :) some drinks might take longer than others to make depending oh what you get but it's worth the wait :) *update if you can also order ahead online

I had this place saved on my list to check out and finally made it there today. I tried a hot Mexican Mocha and a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese. My first impression was great, because the customer service was amazing. I spoke to the ladies at the register and let them know it was my first time there, they welcomed me and answered my questions. My drink was divine, it was a perfect blend of Mexican Hot chocolate and espresso. A lot of places leave this drink grainy, but this one did not have any of that. My bagel was nice and warm with the perfect amount of cream cheese. I think I have found another go to spot.

I’ve tried to like this place 100 times, but honesty all the espresso and coffee drinks taste like cheap watered down instant coffee. Can you guys please do better? Like use lavazza or something better . If it is better then please get employees that can make a good coffee! ( well whoever made the mocha today made misery in a cup, it was burnt espresso that obviously sat to long ) so maybe they need a brush up on their coffee skills . Thanks for the offer on a free cup but no thanks . I have spent way too much money here and every time it fails to disappoint. Thanks . Have a good day.

Wow. If your hours state open to 1pm then you should stay open until 1pm. Not close 10-15 minutes early and then close the door as a customer is walking up from their cap. I've been here once before as I only recently discovered your shop and it was great, coffee and muffins. I wanted to bring my husband there but after what we experienced today we won't be back.
First time visiting here. Overall completely happy with it. Very good coffee! Friendly staff. They were pretty busy but did a great job getting everyone served. Would definitely recommend them for anyone who loves a good cup of coffee!
Busy, lots of kids and people of all ages. Outdoor and indoor seating, good wifi, and the americano is 👍🏾👍🏾 would like to see some vegan food options (there is an açaí bowl). All gender restroom.
