Super rude. Barking at me when I tried to order food but the kitchen was closed at 10:30am. It’s not written anywhere so how am I supposed to know that. The other worker barking at my because someone took my croissant and they had to prepare me a new one. It’s upsetting when you get treated with a poor attitude, but you see other customers being treated with friendly smiles. As well as the kitchen is “closed” but food is still coming out.
I've been at this location twice, and both times, I was impressed with the taste of my latte. The service is great and they are friendly.

This is a pretty decent coffee shop, and a great place to visit when going to the El Dorado Town Center shopping area. They have a very nice selection of flavors to choose from for lattes, and a variety of pastries and cakes. The place is very clean and modern with plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. Outside is a great place to people watch as the El Dorado Town center is teaming with interesting people from all over. The lone barista was very friendly and helpful, helping choose an interesting flavor for the day. Though the place was moderately busy, she did fine keeping up with the business. I recommend this place as well as the shopping area because it is very convenient when coming back from Tahoe since it's right off of 50. It gives a good break to grab something to eat or even watch a movie to break up the trip from Tahoe to San Jose.
Great ambiance With a friendly staff. Love to go here for remote work.
Very nice coffee place with lots of distinctive and tasty varieties. Location is also very beautiful and serene with a lake flowing nearby.

Great coffee. Because they roast the coffee themselves every week, it's extremely fresh and flavorful. Serving in actual coffee cups/mugs for dine in instead of to go cups is a great touch.

i wanted to try this place out and kind of disappointed, i ordered a brown sugar iced latte and there was big chunks of brown sugar and pure espresso for my first drink, the taste was bitter and for the price of it not worth it. the inside looks pretty but every table i tried to sit at was sticky and had food on it.
Attaching photo of breakfast Turkey sandwich ($10). It is a bit salty Turkey breast slices , so it tastes cheap , and ciabatta doesn’t taste fresh for such restaurant and best latter art foam in town center. Coffee is great here , Barista girls make best latte art foam , but sandwiches are average .

Great location and place to grab a coffee and relax. Staff super friendly and inviting. Would recommend stopping in if you are in the area.
Okay. Not sure why this space has such flow and logistical issues. Last space here you had to order in the path everyone had to walk. This one the ordering spot is better but the menu is where your can't read it from that spot.
