Love the bagels and cream cheese. Wait time just a little too slow.
I tried the bacon egg and cheese without the mayo and ketchup. Not spectacular but decent. Didn’t have a whole lot of flavor without the sauces but I’m not a big fan of mayo or Katchup 🤷🏼♂️ The banana bread was really good. Tasty and crispy on top just like you want. Soft and moist inside (my favorite). The blueberry muffin was so so. The blueberries themselves were great, but the muffin lacked a lot of flavor. Just tasted like bread with blueberries. The crumb on top was decent. Service was friendly and fast.
Great coffee. Best bagels ever! Better than some NYC bagel places. Need to eat them the same day or toast the next 2-3 days since there are no preservatives they can get hard. Would keep them sealed up so they don't get dried. Pastries are also amazing.
The food was okay. While I was eating my breakfast sandwich, I kept thinking that I could have made that at home and it would have been better.
First time here. Bagel sandwiches tasted yummy and fresh. Coffee was so-so. We didn't try the other pastries this time. They look good, next time I'd like to try strawberry and chocolate croissants.
Over priced for what you get.
That was an incredibly bland bagel. I got a jalapeño cheese bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel itself lacked that distinct chewy texture I was hoping for. There was also just a tiny smear of cream cheese. I couldn’t taste any jalapeño, and the cream cheese seemed under salted. A bagel and small hot drink were kinda pricey.
Food and ambiance is great
Bageloo has delicious food and great coffee. Plan to spend a little extra time as everything is made fresh, but worth the wait!
Ask for test bagel it was very light was New York bagels like it said
I am a service provider for them, and the last time i was there, on a really hot day, they offered me an ice coffee and it hit the spot! also there begaels and Lox cream cheese amazing, thank you making my day!
Ordered a regular lavender latte ($5.50) & a bagel with blueberry cream cheese ($5.50). The latte was very good & the bagel was a normal bagel. My only critique is that they don’t have decaf espresso. There are no decaf coffee beverages to choose from here. I feel like most coffee shops have this option. It also does take a little bit longer to get your items so make sure to go there when you have the time to wait - there was no one in line in front of me & it took about 10-15min to get the bagel & latte. Overall, good quality place. Nice ambiance. Just wish that they had decaf coffee too.
Employees were so friendly, the bagels are delicious, the place is really nice, the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars it’s because they took too long because there was only two people making the food, taking orders and making coffee, they should have more employees.
Their stock was low on bagels, which were being replenished before I finished ordering. Good bagels, and smoothies.
NOT IMPRESSED!! The bagels are okay but it’s extremely over priced. Who charges $4.50 for a plain cream cheese bagel? And $10+ with anything added. They are just taking ppls money. No thanks
Hidden gem in Diamond Bar! We got a lot of goodies but the best one by far was the freshly baked jelly donut. I didn’t take a picture of that one because we gobbled it up!
The wait after ordering is ridiculous. There is 1 order ahead of me & they haven't started either order. Shelves have been straightened, all staff is no where to be seen. I've been here nearly 30 minutes with no end in sight. My order doesn't need to be cooked, just assembled.

Best bagels in the area. You will need to wait for your food but it's definitely worth the wait.
We were in town for a soccer tournament and ordered about 20 sandwiches/bagels ahead of time. Bageloo was awesome. The food was delicious and even better, it was all ready to go when we needed it and the staff was super helpful! They didn’t even forget anything, which often happens to us when we order so many items🤪. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
