Flat White Coffee is a artisan coffee shop with several specialty lattes. We ordered the Spanish and lavender latte. Both were a little bit bitter and unfortunately there is no condiment station to add extra sugar, or simply to get stirring sticks/napkins & etc. My wife ask to get more sweetener and her latte since it still tasted a bit bitter. The barista was very dry and indifferent with facial expressions that indicated he doesn't want to work or be there. It's never a good look for an employee to talk amongst the other staff after "assisting" a customer and see them mumble under there breath. Some feedback for the business owner. Please focus on your employees customer service skills and maybe add a condiment station since the coffee still tastes a bit better. I understand that some chefs or baristas have their specific recipes however it doesn't mean everyone shares that same taste pallette. We came here because this coffee shop is supposed to be competitive with Coffee Code, The Mug and Phin Smiths but it didn't meet the other locations standards of service. The easiest thing to implement in a business is great customer service. To smile is free to be friendly is free to make eye contact is free...you get the point. In conclusion, the bad taste that never goes away is always bad customer service.
A cute little coffee shop with some really tasty drinks. Their service is fast, and they have some pretty good pastries, which makes this place great to grab stuff on the go. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday but this place was absolutely packed. There were almost no seats available and there were a decent stream of people coming and going. Just be weary if you're looking for a quiet place to vibe.
This is a nice find if you're looking for a solid, modern, 3rd wave coffee shop. Ordered a cappuccino and it was quite good. With the addition of friendly service and the inclusion of Onyx coffee beans for sale, it makes this store an easy recommendation if you're in the area and need a pick-me-up!
Really good coffee, fantastic drink options, all with prompt and friendly baristas. It's obvious why this little place is always busy. We got the biscoff and The flat white cappuccino. The biscoff comes iced and is now my favorite coffee.
Wanted to find an independent coffee place that would rival Peets. I found it! This is now my go-to place for lattes and flat whites.

Was living around the corner at a hotel and decided to try this place for the first time because it had high reviews and had Spanish Latte! DIDNT REGRT IT! For someone who is a coffee enthusiast, the taste is amazing and cheap for the price!
Great coffee and pastries off of La Palma Ave...try the honey, oat milk latte and get the spinach-kale pastry (before they sell out ~9:00 am)!!
I recently fell in love with Long Black Coffee in Fountain Valley. The Hot Einspanner yum! I live near Cypress and was told this place is basically a sister store and has the same drinks. I was sad to find out they don’t have the amazing hot Einspanner I loved so much. I got the Spanish Coffee. it was good, although Einspanner hot still comes First place. Please add that one to your menu

This place is sooo cute and the coffee is out of this world! My boyfriend got the flat white which he ended up ordering 2 of and I got the coconut mocha iced coffee and wow. Just amazing, it was so good I forgot to take a picture! The staff was super nice and we also got a nutella croissant which was warm and perfect. Really cute place to sit and work if you wanna leave your house.
Not a good place to study. Only one outlet in a corner. The coffee was alright.

Delicious & Efficient. PROS: The drinks and pastries are so flavorful, rich, and unique. I love the simple, clean atmosphere and the staff are impressively quick with service, while also being very courteous and polite. The prices are reasonable, not more or less than expected. Perfect little local spot with special gems for treats. CONS: None. Love this place. Easily one of my Top 3 Coffee Shops of all time. 👍👍 Highly Recommend.

This is the best coffee I've ever had. It closes early, but 5 o'clock... The taste is so good that you think it's okay. Highly recommended for those who drink coffee beans....I want to drink it
