Best coffee house in la because reasons and those are obvious
They burnt my croissant :(
Coffee was amazing, had 4 or 5 beverages over the week and all were fantastic.
I was one of the people who watched Boston Mike... trying his absolute best to take down Hikaru
Fantastic way to start the day! Kenya and Ciela were super kind and welcoming when I came in around 9am. The shop has a laid-back, local feel with surfboards hanging on the walls and lots of homey touches, including several bookshelves and a chess table. They have free Wi-Fi, and there are plenty of seats, couches, and outlets. I ordered the daily special, a French roast coffee with a nice kick, and an egg & cheese breakfast sandwich that was cooked to perfection, especially the bagel. On my way out, Kenya handed me a Tanner's pocket planner since it was my first time there. Made my day! Will definitely be back soon. If you're looking for a mellow spot to read, write, or work in Culver City, this is it.
Used to love the atmosphere, staff and coffee. Bagels are awesome! This place and the city are no longer welcoming, so I have decided to not go there anymore.
The coffee wasn’t too shabby, but cmon look at this guy living here in the picture. Quite uncooth. I prefer cooth.
Good coffee, okay pastry. Late in the day so selection was limited.
Love how they still have customer service in a time when customer service is almost obsolete. Also, it is nice to see a real coffee house with couches and chairs as well as tables. The coffee, like with the other brand names, is not to cheap. However, it is worth it.
I’ve gone here for years and love it. BUT, the current weekend crew needs to do bagels correctly. They are not supposed to be served with a tablespoon of cream cheese. No, that might be correct for butter. Slather on the cream cheese please, don’t be cheap. And, don’t cut the bagel in half like a sandwich, it should be two whole halves. I’m sure I speak for others with this critique. Other than that, it’s a pleasant experience going there.
I stopped in here in between my flight in and out of LA. The people there were very nice, the atmospheric was really relaxed, and I was able to work quietly.
Kind of a quiet place. So they have free Wi-Fi and the bakery goods are tasty. The coffee is tasty. There's places to sit outside if it's too quiet indoors.
real nice experience. Tanner’s has its unique style inside that I appreciated. My friends and I enjoyed the games they had available to pass time while drinking our coffee. Coffee did get cold quick so ask for extra hot if you prefer to make ur coffee last longer
I love this place! An old reliable. Great vibes, friendly baristas, available parking in the back, and they have a bunch of games and books.
Love this place. Very comfy, great coffee and service. This is a great locally owned coffee shop. Coffee and drinks are very good. Great dessert selection.
It is kind of smaller than I imagined in the pictures, but nonetheless roomy, and perfect place for screenwriting.
Love the chai tea here! I drive from Torrance to get it.
Saturday morning I watch my teenager order from this cafe. The blonde European young woman is giving her plenty of attitude. Next white customer, so happy and cheerful. This cafe employs racists
An ideal indie coffee shop, so much better than going to a Starbucks - better price and quality
Nice atmosphere! Friendly, professional staff. Update: started getting back here twice a week when in the area. Good coffee and desserts. Egg and cheese on a bagel tastes great. May have to wait but worth it. Give yourself a little extra time.
