Very clean and up to date peet's location. Nothing to complain about. Parking is ample as well.

So I always lock my debit or credit cards After I Use them each time. Yesterday I forgot after I used it to lock it I guess because I went to unlock at this morning and accidentally locked it before I went into Pete's. I tried 3 × 2 use it unsuccessfully it kept saying do not do not honor. The beautiful Manager with a personality to match. Was so gracious and acted like it was her machine that was messing up and clear the transaction and paid for it. When I Realized my mistake I was on the freeway down the road I called and again tried to pay for it and again she said no Just to pay it forward

Your 7764 Old Redwood Hwy, Cotati, CA 94931 has to be the slowest and most incompetent Peet's in America. They consistently get orders wrong and the wait times are excessively long, even with online orders.
Super nice staff, clean & convenient location, tasty coffee! No drive through but you can order ahead on their website and grab your stuff when it's ready, def the place for quick coffee on this side of Cotati!

Was just there at about 8:30 am. There was 1 guy in front of me. I sat in line for 5 minutes while 2 employees took care of him and no one even acknowledged my existence. Even as I stepped up to the counter, she didn’t even look at me, ignored me and called the guy back to the counter still without even looking at me so I left. The people making coffees ignored me too. Thanks peet’s for making me feel invisible.

Peet's Coffee is consistently quality oriented and their coffee is just delicious. I like the specialty kinds of coffee drinks and what I love about Pete's is that you can actually taste the coffee in these drinks versus another place which shall not be mentioned. LOL
I go here often on my way to work. Very friendly staff and never have to wait too long for a drink. I've seen the same workers for a while now so I'm guessing the owner treats their employees really well.
More than enough people to take over the register, and the hot chocolate was terrible. The breakfast sandwiches were okay though.
