Really great spot! They take the proper time and pride in making their hand crafted beverages. The quality of the coffee and tea is amazing.
Came here with my mom for a quick coffee after lunch. Got a filter extraction of the Kenya blend. I have to say it was one of the worst coffees I’ve tasted. Very unfortunate. Tried my moms iced coffee and was disappointed as well. Was imbalanced and flat. Way too sour but not balanced in bitterness or any other flavor components. I wouldn’t recommend this place if your a coffee connoisseur. Long story short spent like 12.00 dollars for drinks we didn’t consume. Won’t be coming back for a coffee.
Small place in an upscale shopping area just off the 405. Mocha was awesome even with almond milk rich and flavorful and especially not too sweet. Baristas were very friendly.
Great coffee and nice staffs, you can rest easily even work here.

My favorite roaster in Southern Cali. Delicious coffee and also have some nice pastries. Makes a great fika in the sun.

Ever since I tried out Portola, I always have to stop by whenever I'm in the area! The real star of the show is the coffee. I ordered an iced latte and was impressed by the unique flavors and smooth texture of the drink. The barista was able to craft an iced latte that was both bold and balanced, with a depth of flavor that I haven't tasted in other coffee shops. Overall, I would highly recommend Portola Coffee Lab to anyone looking for a unique taste of coffee!
The location is inviting and my favorite drink coffee latte was made to perfection, highly recommended!
We are always greeted with a smile. Selection is great. Coffee is just how you ask for it. It's always fun to watch the baristas do their "dance" making all the various coffees. They make it look effortless.
Love the vibes of Portola Coffee. I got a housemade chai with oat milk in my reusable mug! Bring your own for a discount *&* use less plastic. Ample seating inside & out. My only caveat (and this goes for other coffee shops) is to stop charging an exorbitant fee for plant-based milk. See Sir Paul McCartney's & PETA's letter to Starbucks. Thanks for reading!
Got a mocha and it was the best! My son got the peppermint mocha and said it was good, just not very “pepperminty” highly recommend!

Great craft coffee, fun pastries, friendly baristas, cool vibe, plenty of places to sit, either inside or outside in this dope hipster complex of shops and such.
Best hit chocolates you can find. Their other drinks are good too.
They are charging $6 for coffee BUT they don't let you to drink from a mug outside! Staff gave me a hard time about it, even I was with a kid who doesn't want to be inside. Ridiculous and insolent for management to make a decision like that. I'm not coming back here.
Great selection of hand crafted coffee and friendly staff. Rose and Cardamom latte is a must try, you will be glad you did.

Simply the best coffee I've ever had and I have sampled a lot of places. Certainly though there is a lot of variability, its also the weirdest coffee I've ever had. Weird not being good in this instance.
