Love the coffee. Whenever I’m in town I get the iced mocha tesora, and pick up a few bags of beans.

My office consistently ordered from this location over the last two months and loved it until today. We normally enjoy their philter soul cold brews extra sweet(cause of all the ice inevitably melting) but today they all came with barely any sweeter and when i called the location to clarify the concern the barista stated they followed the directions on our order. we know how our drinks should taste and this was NOT it. Disappointed in the customer service and won't be ordering from location anymore. They do not follow the Philz coffee standard by any regard.
Omg, such great employees. The location was so hectic, yet they were all so positive, fast, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The water tank for dine-in people was refilled so quickly I didn't even notice lol. Plenty of seats, outlets, and pastries, puppies, fashionable OC locals. Down the street from South Coast Plaza. Perfect.

Hot chocolate was good, but "bacon egg and potato" breakfast burrito was 90% potato. Seems like cost cutting, misleading and very disappointing. Just call it potato burrito then?
There coffee is great , each cup has the attentiveness of each associate to make it to perfection. Place is always pretty busy , wifi available for you students . Parking sucks but it's not there fault.

I am a huge fan of Philz but this location was super slow (and missed my order). I waited 15+ minutes for my drink and it wasn’t even peak time :(
Their ether coffee is my all time favorite coffee
I tried this place twice to give it a chance with the cold and a hot drink and non of my experiences were good! The coffee is super oily for some reason and it doesn’t taste that good!
Not a regular coffee shop. They do not make espresso-based coffee, but each cup is brewed fresh after you order the coffee blend that you would like to drink. A bit wait time when we visited, but when we first got the coffee, it tasted delicious. Wait time is of course because the coffee must be brewed first.

First time here! Never knew this place was here and I am so glad I tried it! Not only was the rose iced coffee i ordered delicious, the customer service was amazing. they were very kind down to earth and personable! The cashier recommended the rose flavor and I’m glad I went with his recommendation:) I will most certainly be back!
