4.5 stars. Cool lil spot in cdm. Had some time to kill before a rehearsal at 5 crowns. I got the house coffee and blueberry muffin. Both were excellent and employees were top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would def come back again. They have a restroom behind the building. Great vibe. Thx Grounded. Y’all rock!!

Good coffee
It's always refreshing to find a small coffee shop rather than a big chain shop. This is a nice little place with very friendly service. I'm a black coffee kind of guy and their coffee was very good! I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.
I'm glad I found a local, delectable shop. I thoroughly enjoyed my oat milk latte with an extra shot the last couple days. The espresso has such a crisp, bold and potent flavor and the creamy Oatly oat milk pairs so well with it. Normally I have to add 2 shots to my latte to get the flavor I want, but here only 1 is needed. I'm excited I found an awesome coffee place next to my new job that isn't Starbucks, as I worked there 9 years and I'm trying to move on. Thanks for making it too easy! Love the decor and adorable seating as well. The leather sofa is bomb. Looking forward to coming in all, if not most of my workweek. The name is really dope too.😊

good coffee, great service... like the vibe... great location on PCH... just note that they tend to get quite busy on weekends, esp in morning, be patient :)...
Really nice staff, but unfortunately, the coffee I got wasn’t good. The “latte” I got tasted extremely burnt and overextracted, and it was 25% foam (which meant it was basically a cappuccino, not the latte I ordered). It also came out way too hot, which is always a bad sign for a latte (a properly made latte shouldn’t be scalding hot at any point in the process of making it and should be cool enough to drink by the time it’s ready). With how many top-notch coffeeshops there are in the area, I was sadly very disappointed with their coffee. At least the cookies are good here though!

Stopped by Grounded Coffee for a mid-trip delight; pictured is an iced Mocha latte that’s light on the flavoring, intentionally, and a confection of Cookies! My wife got the no-sugar Paleo along with two normal OG chocolate chips! I went for the peppermint hot cocoa cookie to compliment my beverage and they paired well together. The staff here are super friendly and made the experience well worth it; easily earned a return visit for that alone!
Low class junkies running this place don’t go I was expecting this type of the answer I m a dr since 1983 I know one pt after accident she became psychotic, last morning I m seen her in this coffe shop she paid and get her coffee ( nicely dressed up ) , young lady in the picture was working there and abusing and having fun with the disabilities I informed her but she is keep going … on and on Gentilmen also was same in attitude… Later on I stop by and asked the owner of the coffee shop another lady was there , it’s possibly the family run business she has also attitude I told them it’s against the ADA ( american disabilities act) and it’s federal code which is the consequences are felony charges she said go for it …!!!! What a disgusting…. person. In Orange County corona Del Mar… I have several years practice here I will inform all my patients whic are about 18K people Will tell about this going on that business Will report the agency’s Starbucks couple years ago faced some consequences Please stay away this business… I paid with visa , they said i didn’t pay it’s another personal disfragmentation case … Can you see the personal defragmentation She is talking un paid bill domestic violence, it’s good case for another law sui She is nice cheap person not fits here …
Sun 10/2 around 10 a.m. Ordered what is likely the worst cappuccino I have ever tasted. Tossed it in the trash right outside the shop after one sip. Do not recommend.
Everyone here is super sweet. This place could be sooo good but the coffee was awful, the coffee was bitter and over roasted and they need to steam the milk properly. I’m saying this (hopefully) for constructive feedback purposes. Your little coffee shop could be so rad. But just get the basics right and I’ll be back to support you guys for sure.

A welcoming environment with vast pastry and beverage options! Vegan/GF options available, as well as alternative milks for those folks who can't handle cow. The sweet gentleman who served us deserves the world (Lol, but really, a very kind fella). Minutes driving from Crystal Cove State Park, which is a distinguished gem 💎
Great little place. Has pastries and coffee choices. They also have syrups you can add. I loved the ambiance, and the customer service!
