As most, I was excited to see a Dunkin near me. The first time I went I walked in and was greeted and served quickly. The very next day went in and waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before I was ever greeted. I should not have waited, but I wanted to order a coffee to get my day started on the right foot. I finally got noticed and placed my order for a Cold Brew only. I got upset because my order was ignored because there were a few cars. All of the cars were done and I was still waiting. I asked about my drink and they gave me a dirty look and finally made it. The manager on duty was useless. I asked her why it took so long and said "we are very busy". How could all of the cars that showed up after me be done and all I ordered was 1 cold brew with no add-ons?! I gave them one more try, and guess what? Another bad experience. Everyone at this location needs to be trained on customer service. The manager was useless, the employees gave me a dirty look about my 1 drink, and others, about 4 people, that ordered on the app waiting to get their items. This is not the Dunkin Way! How America run on Dunkin', when not even Colton can run on Dunkin'without waiting an eternity to get their items?
Excellent service! Latte coffee and sourdough breakfast sandwich exceeded my expectations. Prices were unbeatable compared with other similar coffee chains.

BEFORE I GET STARTED: I'm seeing a lot of reviews stating you can't get a refund. You can!!! Leave a review on your mobile order, and it lets you go into detail about what went wrong in your order! The only way I was able to get my money back after my experience!! My FIRST mobile order was so wrong. I ordered the Bacon Avocado Tomato sandwich and added egg & cheese, it didn't come with the egg, and the cheese was nowhere near melted. Got 2 drinks of different sizes, a small blended drink for myself because I am pregnant and can not drink large amounts of caffine, and a large Americano for my partner. They switched the sizes, so I was stuck with a very large drink I couldn't enjoy, and my partner got scammed out of his own drink. We ordered 20 mins ahead and still had to wait 10-15 mins for our items to be wrong. Extra training is definitely needed, and support your poor workers with what they need to succeed.
Was so excited to see one was built closer to me. I went ordered a large ice Caramel coffee. Repeated my order three time and when I go to the window they still had it wrong. When I corrected the girl she got an attitude with me. When I was handed my coffee I automatically knew by the color something was off. When I took a sip it tasted like straight creamer. So I went inside. I was rudely greeted with is something wrong? I said yeah this taste nothing like coffee I said I’m sorry but can I please get a new one. The girl grabs it off the counter rolls her eyes and throws it in the trash. The lady that made me a new one was just as rude. I love Dunkin’ but will not being going to this location again.
Giving this location a one star. Food and drinks are no problem. What is upsetting is that I have gone 3 days in a row to order a sandwich and what a coincidence all the 3 times the oven was shut off. I went 7pm, 8pm and 8:30pm. So I asked the girl what time does it shut off so I stop coming when sandwiches aren’t being made. She said she doesn’t know it’s automatic. Funny thing is I also go to the new Dunkin in fontana and they seem to serve sandwiches late.
I love Dunkin"s coffee waayyyyyyy better than the Starbucks across the street buutttt they have been getting orders wrong. I gave it time since they just opened but my husband & I have super simple orders & they're still wrong 80% of the time. I will say they're super sweet & apologize when it happens & they'll fix the issue but my husband & I haven't been saying anything anymore when they mess up, we just take what we got.
Nice restaurant that even had sandwich, I didnt know that. Everything taster good and service was realky good. There were only about half of the doughnuts on the menu to chose, but it was still many . The Coffee was really good and Best Coffee iv had from takeout place if you dont country Starbucks.
First time trying dunkin donuts and was disappointed I'm the donuts 😒 the cold brew was okay but all the donuts I got (classic and holes of each flavor) were ALL hard. Will not buy donuts here again rather get them at a mom and pops shop ...👎🏼
0 stars because of the shift lead by the name of Jewel. I ordered via the app and upon arrival I waited for my items. Finally Jewel asked me if I was waiting on something. I stated yes, I'm still waiting on my bagel. She says I'm yes we don't have any plain bagels. I said I'll take a refund and she told me to request a refund on the app. I explained that it wasn't possible. To make a very long story short I handed her my phone and she couldn't do it either because like I stated it's not possible. She refused to give me the managers info nor inform me of the other store in Fontana. She processed with it's not my responsibility to refund you. That's your responsibility. She states she can't give me a drink for the same price or a gift-card for the price. There's nothing she can do today for me. She was rude to say the least and wanted an argument. She also insisted I get another food item at some point which I told her my daughter didn't like anything but the plain bagel. She stated then why are you buying from here. What? I then asked another employee for a managers info and he assisted by telling me there's another store in Fontana. Jewel appeared upset that he provided the info, left to the back another female who was extremely nice gave me the store managers name and apologized for the situation. Lastly Jewel said I have all these witnesses when I told her I'm not going yo argue with her and she was being rude when in fact they apologized when she left and appeared appalled by her behavior. I still left paying for an item not received.
im so glad they finally opened here, hoping to open up in Moval as well but this will do for now, since its closer to the cemetary after visiting my parents. this is the 2nd time i been here and the staff are so nice and friendly, it was busy today but the workers are really fast. i really like their chocolate brownie filling donut. (i forgot the exact name) but that one is my fav. better than bostom creme. I also ordered their chocolate munchkins. will come here more often.
Great customet servic but bad donuts. Donuts do not taste fresh. They taste bittet and doughy, which means the donuts are not made fresh daily or they use aged oil and/or othet ingredients. I got the half dozen for $3 so I am not too upset byt had I gotten it for the full prize, I would've returned them after one bite and demanded my money back.
I was so excited when I learned that a Dunkin Donuts was opening close to me. After visiting 3 times once I was charged for my mobile order but when I went to pick it up it was not "showing up in the system" however I was clearly charged for it which I showed the employee. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and finally making it to the window the donuts that I specified in the mobile order were sold out. When I asked for my order to be canceled I was told that they could not cancel it and that I had to call the company. Why have a mobile order system in the first place? Plus they are always out of Boston Creme donuts. Very disappointed.
