I ordered a tangerine dream hot tea. It tasted great. The vibes here are cool as well. MY DATE ORDERED THE LAVENDER CREAM EARL GRAY AND THAT DRINK WAS TASTY AS WELL(:

It was my first time being here with my friends. The environment is clean but the staff Carolyn was a bit rude. Telling us, "If you guys ever move table you guys need to let us know in the future (with attitude)." She could've used a better tone & word it differently. As I observed her working, every guest that walked in & out, she greeted them with a welcome and a great night. As we made our way out the door, I looked to see if she was going to say anything. She turned and saw that it was us and turned back without a word. She need to work on her customer service & treat every race/customers equally.

Always used to pass by here so we finally decided to try it. I'm usually very picky but this place had good little dessert snacks and good drinks! will get tea there again next time I stop by the mall

Always a great experience. The staff is always fast friendly and professional. Every location has its own unique vibe and the menu has something for everyone.
Great place to find a different taste in tea's. I like the Moroccan mint tea is my favorite 👍👍
5/30/22 - came here on memorial day to study for finals and the employees were beyond unprofessional, they were insanely loud (yelling) and disrespectful to people actually trying to work. we have never had this experience as we come here frequently (once a week). the employees were swearing left and right in an area where some little kids were with their parents. only one or two of the employees were relatively respectful of people working and studying.

This place is one of a kind... Definitely recommend them and their drinks! The brewistas Definitely knew their menu which is a huge plus in my book! I'm more of the no caffeine drinks and they obliged me well!! Definitely coming back again soon! I wish I could remember my order it was a red tea it's all I can recall.. lol Thanks tho!!
Super cute decor just like the other locations. Service is always friendly and orders are made quickly. I've never regretted choosing Teazer over any other coffee spot.
The workers here made me feel like I didn't even exist. Will never be back
