Thai tea is mostly nondairy creamer and a hint of tea. I asked for egg pudding but they didn’t add it. And it’s way too expensive for the quality.

Very friendly staff and good drinks
Staff was friendly and fast. Caramelized brown sugar boba was really good! The strawberry berry drink was decent. The store was clean. Explicit music was playing in the background at the store hence my four star review.

The owner and staff are helpful and very friendly. The Okinawa milk tea is one of the best I’ve had. The macarons are good quality, too.
Had a really bad experience at Clovis Rare Tea. I ordered a Signature House Coffee and what I got was a horrible tea. Absolutely no taste of coffee whatsoever in the "Signature House Coffee". Such a misrepresentation.
The matcha green tea is a must have! Excellent!
Nice place to chill and charge your phones! They have charges for all phones by the tables so you can charge as you enjoy your delicious drink. Great service. The mango tea with boba was okay but, the strawberry smoothie was so good.
Love the tea and boboa
Just found out about this place from my aunt. Their Okinawa Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea are definitely delicious. Last time I tried I didn’t taste that powdery after taste. A powdery after taste is an indication of not mixing well or the ratio of liquid to powder is not correct. I didn’t taste it last time or this time. The boba is cooked just right with just a hint of sweetness. Will definitely be going back if I’m around the area again.
