This location has really gone down hill. The staff is extremely rude and have an attitude problem. I won't be coming back to this location any more. Smh Not to mention, I paid for a large with an extra shot and flavoring but I was handed a medium and they definitely didn't add the extras to the drink.
I was extremely disappointed today. I always go to this Dutch bros in the evenings during my break and for the most part, it’s not too bad but today, I was the first customer and I went to go pay and all I had was a 50 dollar bill and the lady that took my drink order took the 50 and was giving me back change and another girl there by the name of Alyssa or Alexa rudely says “can we refund you your money back and just pay with card” and I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t have my card on me and she rolls her eyes and gives the other girl that originally helped me so much attitude and just says “fine” and walks off.
As we wait patiently in line for my turn to go up, I didn't realize Karen behind me in line. She decides to go around me and not wait her turn. Great role model for the kids in her car. Dutch staff saw it and apologized for her action.
Took the family to get drinks and nobody was out there to help anyone that was in line. Then, when someone finally came out to take orders.. we were informed of a “zig zag” policy, therefore multiple cars that came after us were taken care of before us. Needless to say, we decided to get beverages somewhere else. We love the environment of Dutch bros, but maybe they should prioritize customers over dancing with coworkers in the building.
Dutch Bros coffee is great! I love their "off the menu" drinks as well as the well-known known menu drinks. The only reason Dutch Bros gets a three star review is because the staff gets too caught up with talking and fooling around with each other instead of making the customers drinks and getting them out the door fast. Instead, the employees will ask you some random questions to buy time while your drinks are being made. They could be helping other workers to get the lines moving. This is unacceptable, and I have been late numerous times to work and will avoid all DBs if possible.

Simply put they do not have the same culture that Dutch bros was built on. We ordered a tea for my 2 year old, we asked them to make it warm so baby didn’t get hurt with hot tea. She gave us an attitude over a simple request. They handed it out hot, we asked them to fix it, they handed us a cup of water with strawberry. We explained there was no tea in that drink just water and syrup and asked them to remake it. 10 minute later they handed us the same cup back with the same flavored water. When speaking to the girl at the walk up window she gave us an attitude. We went to behymer and told them we can only come here because Herndon is rude! The people there agree they said “yeah I hear that a lot”
