Great coffee, nice vibes. Seating for individuals, small work groups, cozy gathering spaces and an enclosed meeting room.

Excellent coffee! Friendly baristas! And an excellent place to sit back and read, study, or just enjoy the ambiance. I love their selection of coffees and they serve pour overs 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. I live in Ontario so it should be a little far for a cup of coffee but well worth the drive and time.

No longer serve in mugs with latte art. Very unwelcoming feeling.

The place, the staff and the vibe are really good and it feels great to be there to do work on your laptop. However, the quality of the coffee is pretty bad and you can tell it is cheap. It would be the best place in the area if their coffee quality was as good as everything else.

Thirty minutes for a cup of coffee? I get being short staffed but today was absolutely maddening. First visit. I was excited to go because of all the reviews. I was seriously let down.

Pretty pleased with sanctuary coffee, stopped in there today on my way to an appointment and had no idea this cute place was right in Claremont. Coffee was delicious too. Had the Carmel turtle I think it was called? Coffee was smooth it was nice. Zucchini bread was good. Wondered if it was made with applesauce lol. M&M cookie was 10/10. Fair prices & Good vibes <3

This is a great coffee shop with a great mission (donations go to support charities who are on the front lines of social concerns). The brewed coffee is good. The indoor seating has several different options. There are several tables both larger and smaller for getting work done. There is a comfy area with a couple of couches and a coffee table. There is an elevated steps area with cushions for reading. And there is a conference room with glass walls that can be reserved. It was fairly busy when I visited on a Wed around 10am. Most of the seating was occupied, so I sat on the stepped platform for awhile and then moved to one of the couches. Cool vibe with a great collection of people. Friendly staff too. It was cold outside, so I didn't have an opportunity to try out the patio, but it's not super cute anyway and borders the parking lot. I think the indoor space is the place to be. I highly recommend stopping by this coffee sanctuary ... cause it truly is. :)

After seeing the reviews of this place, I was excited to go for myself and try the coffee. Unfortunately, I was met with nothing but disappointment. After walking in and waiting by the counter to give my order, the employee that was in the front ignored me for quite a while. Not making any other coffees, but what seemed to be counting money. After having another employee ask if my order was taken, I said no, and only then did the first employee decided to take my order begrudgingly. If that was it, then I wouldn't have written this review; however, it only got worse. The employee was rude and condescending. Once I said what I wanted, he made fun of my order and made judging remarks towards my choices. Even making a jab at if I wanted oat milk with it as well, which I did, I am lactose intolerant. That was when I changed my mind and walked out the door and decided to never come back.

It's cozy indeed! Friendly staff. Good variety of drink choices. Clean environment. Nice ambiance. They have indoor and outdoor areas 💜 it's my first time there. I'll definitely be back to try other drinks they have

Great coffee, cheapskate owner Met my bff at this coffee shop, she drives from Altadena, I drive from Lake Arrowhead. This was our 2nd time here. Coffee is delicious, if expensive, ($6.50 for a 12oz dirty chai latte is too much) store is clean and nice, staff is very friendly. Sadlly, at 1015am it was 79° and stuffy inside and though the doors were open, there was no A/C on and no air moving. Definitely not conducive to sipping hot coffee with friends. I asked the staff politely if they'd please turn on the A/C. They said the owner usually does it when he arrives. By time he finally arrived, maybe 1045 or 11, it was 81 inside. I asked him politely if he'd please turn on the A/C. He gave me a face and a complaint-like sound and said "well"... and that was it. He never turned it on and we left about 1130am, sticky and sweaty and it was 82° inside. Guess customer service isnt that important to him. We're going to find a new coffee shop.

Chill coffee spot with a great selection of flavors and milk alternatives. If you're a lover of floral lattes, here's your cafe. My only suggestions? Oatmilk (or other plant-based alternatives) should cost just as much as traditional dairy, and travel lids are an absolute must.

You asked about the 3 star, I changed it to 4. The pastery wasn't so fresh or the Croissant was just a rubbery croissant. It's a good thing I chose to warm it up. The coffee was ok. ( life was not changed, or whatever your slogan is )

Very comfortable place to hang out. good lattes and cafe snacks (including crescents, quichés, and cookies). The atmosphere is very welcoming but people often come here to study or do work, so be mindful of that -- there's even a conference room! At the same time tho, there's a bunch of board games available too so it probably gets more lively in the afternoons/evenings (I've only been in the mornings) There's also some outdoor seating, and the outdoor space is nice but only a few tables are lucky enough to be in the shade
