My girlfriend and I enjoy their creme Brulee hot and frap drinks there the best. Service is awesome . Very friendly
I normally go to the San Dimas branch and order a Vanilla Bean Latte, however, Joshua was very informative and recommended me a 50/50 of orange and vanilla bean in the coffee and it was very delicious! didn’t know you can mix flavors! Loved the hospitality.

Always go here to get roasted beans for my espresso machine. I love that they always have a big selection. I always order the large iced crème brûlée latte
Tonight was my first time going there & it was nice. Great coffee, & pastries. Good for college students, it’s quiet, and the people are friendly. Someone named Josh gave me a great recommendation, latte was great & he was kind. Would go back again.

The service was ok, I think because the location is SUPER small and they were very busy with the orders. I ordered online, my order was ready but it was sitting there. I got iced creme brûlée, wasn’t really sweet (I like my coffee sweet) but it was good tho :)

Among coffee shops, I cannot rate this one highly enough. This place has a decent amount of seating, although at one time all the seats were taken, so it can get busy. We were there on a sunday morning/afternoon. I had one of the pour overs, which they had 3 options which are listed at market price (i paid 3.20 for a large nicaraguan which was EXCELLENT). We also tried “the original” sandwich which was an acceptable (if slightly overpriced) option, but it was yummy. They have wifi and the vibe is excellent. The place being constantly busy really speaks to how good it is. I happened to eavesdrop on a meeting one of the employees was having training two newer employees and it was really clear they were serious about their products. They were going into the details of each kind of coffee they needed to learn to make and why it was important to understand that to serve the customers. That is another big win. All in all, great place.

Delicious coffee. Great environment. I loved this location when it was Dripp also. The staff is fantastic and friendly.
Klatch took the place of what used to be Dripp. In some ways their menus are similar, but also quite different. We ordered a coffee and tea. Their offerings are interesting. The employees seem full of energy. It can be challenging finding seating here.

Klatch's coffee is normally good, so I'll order from them whenever I'm in the area for lunch so I don't want to deduct too many stars from my review, but I hope someone from the store can see this. -1 is for the mobile app system. Mobile app system supposed to be "grab & go" so people like me who have to go back to work can get the drinks quick instead of waiting in line. But Klatch's system is more like " stay & wait forever ". Mobile app order is at least 15 mins wait and the past 5 times I went I don't get my drink until 5 -10 mins later than the confirm time (so total took them 20~25 mins to get my 1~2 coffee). The very last time I ordered, at least 10 drinks were made while I'm standing there for my mobile order (and those are the walk-in customer who came in at the same time as me). After all the orders are done and 5 mins pasted my pick up time, I ask them if they got my mobile order and they said YES it's coming up. Than 2~3 more drinks were made but none is mine. Than the barista said "your drink will be right up" & went to put away the bread. Anyways, I hope they fix their system so at least mobile order people are not on the bottom of the list to get their drink.
Croissant with Strawberry and Nutella was good. My vanilla bean latte was not. Straight to the trash.

Great coffee. Try their rosemary flavored coffee.
Nice coffee shop that also serves food. Plenty of parking and is in a shopping center. They have tables on two levels where people can sit and study.
