The best sourdough bread in all of Chico. Pastries are tasty as well. Single -serve cheesecake.... Mmmm 😋
A fun little place. Love the croissants.
I ordered a chicken sandwich lemon bar and mocha. Staff very nice and understanding, a little disorganized. Really good sandwich, and cold sandwiches are not my favorite. Presentation is so pretty, I’m glad I went. I want to try everything! Highly recommend if you are visiting, best bakery I’ve ever been to in this city. I like this place a lot! will come back next weekend.
Excellent place--great food, pastries, coffee, tea, and of course, fresh bread! A local landmark!
Always great. Good coffee and great bread and pastries. Friendly employees. Good soups, salads and sandwiches.
they’re not open on sundays. arrived 9am but was supposed to close at 1pm. 👍
Tin Roof Bakery was the best bakery in Northern California. Permanently closed because the owner couldn’t run a business to save his life. I’m not sorry, I know most of the workers and the regular customers. I have heard all the horrendous stories about his business practices. He screwed over the business and all his employees who ran the entire cafe without his presence. He failed so many people and the community of Chico. Such a shame to see it go. Those employees deserve all the best. I hope someone outsources them. EDIT; Tin Roof is back, but under new ownership. Please suppport them!
Sadly the last day they are open. I hope someone can come in and rebuild.
One good thing in California is this bakery!Consider moving to Gilbert Arizona and opening up a bakery here you will be a huge success!
Worste salad I've had. Basically all it is is cabbage or green mix. Might as well go to the store and buy a box of spring mix and eat that.....
Good bread of all sorts. Nice tables to eat at.
This place is so good the Cuban was really just wow, their pickles are made here and the salads are to die for. I recommend you get the Mojito tea I don't like it from anywhere but here. Will definitely be coming back. That Mojito Tea just smacks yall
Had a breakfast meeting at TRB. This was my first visit. I fell in love with the coffee and the orange sable cookies.
There cinnamon rolls are nasty and hard . I asked for mine to be warmed up with some butter they gave it to me a little warm with the butter in a little container real cold and hard on the side. Then I asked if she could soften the butter she said she couldn't I was dinning in, I couldn't spread the butter over the hard roll it was awful and not good at all. The girl was rude and the coffee is not good at all. Safeway makes better pastries and so does stsrbucks!
Bran muffin had at least 3 times the salt as the recipe should have had. Tasted by 3 people who all agreed the salt content was so high it was not edible
Hands-down, the best croissants available in Butte County. They also have delicious macaroons, fresh baked breads, and other sweet treats, but I primarily come here for the croissants.
Had a great sandwich here. Nice outside seating as well..
I couldn't help but take a picture of these lemon bars. The berries are dusted with gold and look simply elegant. Croissants are my favorite in town. Can't leave without a bag of their English muffins. They are always busy but always friendly.
Not the place for donuts but they have the best challah bread I've ever had. And their cinnamon kronuts made me a convert.
All the pastries are delicious and the bread is heavenly. My favorite is the Honey French bread 🍞🍞🍞
