Too many derialicts that spend ten hours there, and put thier dirty feet on the seats. No action by the employees when attention brought up about this.
Love having coffee at Pet's downtown Chico. Unfortunately, they have closed. I will no longer be able to sit and sip coffee on Sunday afternoons at my favorite place.

Peet's coffee is a nice location the worker are great. The greet you with a smile and are friendly
I'm normally a big fan of Peet's, but this location in particular is sub-par. The vanilla latte tastes artificial and then overall atmosphere can be sketchy. There's many homeless people who hang out on the corner smoking and occasionally wander in. If you are looking for a coffee house with a relaxed and safe vibe, I would suggest you go to Starbucks.. a much nicer location in comparison to this one.

Friendly baristas who know thier products. Great place to plug in your laptop. Play board games, read and converse with folks!

Used to be that Peets was amazing... the opposite of Starbucks. Not anymore, now Peets IS Starbucks. The coffee drinks are not the same, not as good tasting. To bad because i was a huge fan. RIP Peets
