The spinach & feta croissant and the Blueberry scone were delicious!

It is a nice place looks clean and the staff members work fast. The coffee was perfect. We were a group of six people and they took care of us fast. The only issue was that I order a breakfast bagel, plain bagel no cheese. Instead I got a everything breakfast bagel with cheese when I went inside to let them know that my order was wrong the person making the coffee agree with me, stating that I did order a breakfast bagel plain, but the person cooking disagre. At that point I told them that it was ok and they can donate that bagel to someone and I walked out. I sat outside watch my family eat and as they were finishing eating one of the people from the coffee shop walked out and gave me an everything breakfast bagel no cheese but not without asking everyone in our table if we were sure someone else didn't eat my bagel. Later on the person cooking came out to double check. Anyways, I ended up eating the everything breakfast bagel, which ended up sending me to the closes ER with a severe allergic reaction. Yes, I never had an everything bagel before so I didn't know I was allergic to some of the seeds it had on. I didn't like that they didn't believe me and the way the two people came out to double check that we were telling the truth. I felt humiliated by their reaction. I gave them a 4 start because I did like the mocha I ordered and the kids like the food but I hate the fact that I had to go to the ER with swollen face, ears, and hands. I spend most of my summers between Cayucos and Morro Bay and I will not go back to that coffee shop.

Best cup of coffee since my travels in Europe (Italy!) they have everything you'd expect from a coffee shop plus more! Blended drinks are great too!

Awful experience, we were turned away for service at 1:53p because they were closing at 2:00p, just wanted to support a local business. The man working was rather rude and nearly knocked us down to grab the outside chairs and shut the door. Won’t be back.
Stopped in for coffee and pastries. Great service and very friendly place. We will diffently be back next summer.
My go to place for morning coffee on our visits to Cayucos.. Staff is always very friendly and they have the BEST oatmeal !! Loaded with fruit and a touch of honey, it is soooo good.
Everything was great, so glad we found this little coffee shop and eatery. Coffee orders were excellent and we really enjoyed the BLT Avo and yogurt with granola. Definitely will be returning.

Since visiting Honey Girl Cafe multiple times during our trip to Cayucos in May 2021, I’ve dreamt of the Mexican mocha more than once! Hope I can visit again soon to enjoy this delicious drink
The coffee was very good but the barista and cashier were not wearing masks.
Cute local spot with great coffee, home made whipped cream. I didn't eat but the food looked amazing for breakfast
