Gave this store 2 attempts; two days in a row. The first day I stood in line (what I thought was a line since it had a cash register) and after 5 minutes wasn’t acknowledged just occasionally looked at. Then a lady to my right who had just walked in was asked if she was ready to order. I walked out no coffee just irritated. Day 2. I decided it was close and I knew it was right next to the hotel. Walked in to the correct register this time. Asked if they still had their raspberry mocha; with annoyance she said no they never had it. Informed her they used too. I said okay do you have the orange mocha she said no they haven’t had that either with annoyance, again. I said never mind. I’ll just go to Starbucks. She laughed and said well the drinks are all Starbucks drinks anyways. I responded ya but the customer service is better.
Nice clean coffee shop and a small strip mall next t a Nob Hill food market. There's plenty of parking. The place was uncrowded, clean, and the service was fast and friendly. The weather was nice so I sat outside with a friend at one of several outside tables where we enjoyed our coffees. There's a trail at the other side of the parking lot and we went for a walk afterwards which is very convenient!

Ordered on door dash. Got a 10$ drink almost a third unfilled. I call the store to politely complain. Whoever answered the phone referred me back to doordash saying that they would refund me. People who’ve used doordash know that they mess up almost every order and at some point they stop refunding you for their mistakes. I told her this and she says “cool… we’ll thanks for letting me know….” You know how expensive these drinks are. I bet they’re not nearly empty when you make your own drink at the store. I ordered two extra shots of caffeine and somehow it was still near empty. I’m not surprised at the poorly made drink but I am surprised at the service and the rude response from whoever I spoke to on the phone. First and last time ordering here
I stop at this location only once a month. Coffee is hot. Have at you!

This is a real gem in Capitola. They have plenty of inside and outside seating and of course, great coffee (my favorite).
Always love going to Peet's! Naturally strong coffee and delicious tea brewed to perfection. Definitely going back to Peet's. Preferred over Starbucks, not for price but for the quality of coffee.
That I’m aware of, there is no one there called Peets. However the coffee is good. Staff can be a little bit grumpy if you don’t tip them, which is probably a sign that the company is not paying their staff enough.
I finally got to try Peet's coffee for the first time. It was everything that everyone says it is. I tried the oat milk cold brew and the only thing I can say that might be a slight negative was the price. It's not cheap but it's definitely better than other major coffee chains. I'll be back.

I love the caramel frappé with almond milk. It's perfectly creamy, always the same consistency no matter what location you go to. And the puppy Fraps which is just whipped cream my puppy loved lol
Good coffee and tea with indoor and outdoor seating and WiFi. You can order from anywhere with there app, but you have to go into the store to pick up your order.
