Two trips and this place is just a disaster. Totally never coming back. 1st the line was short but it took nearly 40 minutes to get my order (even though i was in the drive thru) 2nd the girl who took my order was wearing a crop top which in my opinion is very unprofessional. 3rd when I finally got to the window, the girl had to basically yell my order at me because the music inside was blaring. When I finally got home, the drinks were subpar in flavor. Not worth the wait 👎 Today was my second and very last trip. Another short line but horribly long wait in the drive thru. The guy taking the orders literally had a full on conversation with the lady in the car ahead of me (lasted at least 15 minutes before he even took her order) then he moved to a car that has just pulled up in the opposite lane before taking my order. When I finally got my order, it tasted like someone had taken the entire dairy aisle, condensed it, dumped a whole big of sugar in and put it in a cup. My stomach was rolling before the third sip. Absolutely disgusting. Never coming back

I love Dutch bros and have had nothing but good experiences at the other locations but this one is by far the worse!!! I was about 8th in line and I understand that can take anywhere from 10-15 minutes but the wait was almost 45 minutes just for one measly ice coffee. That is ridiculous! I have never had to wait that long at other locations nor at Starbucks. I will nto he returning here. I’m so highly disappointed.
Drink's are always tasty and if not they will make you a new one. The kid's who work there are always extremely friendly and caring.

Takes too damn long to get a coffee the least you should do is have free wifi while people wait. If you make sure you have time!!
I absolutely love DB but this location is really the worst. The line was actually pretty small. DB has to know that the worst part of the experience is the wait. It doesn't help move things along when workers are openly fooling around and visiting with friends. Customers can see this and are not stupid. This location actually gathered all the employees and did espresso shots with a customer at the drive thru window. The car only received 2 drinks and it took FOREVER because every employee went to the window to visit the customer. Our drinks were waiting for us, with melted ice because they sat there during their little party. It was unbelievable that they can do that while there is a line of paying customers. It makes it even more insulting they ask for a tip when you order BEFORE receiving horrible service. This location needs STRONG management. I need to start looking for a better coffee solution.
I was driving by this afternoon, and there were only 4 cars in line. So, I was finally able to try them out. Customer service was awesome!!! I had never been there before, and a lot of time was given to explain my decaffeinated options. I ordered the strawberry lemonade with passion fruit, frozen. It's really good. I was told that they were short staffed, but I couldn't tell by my very short wait time. I had a great experience. I will be back!!

I love Dutch bros. I’m glad there is one close to my job. How’s, The drive thru wait is too long I’m always here for more than 30 minutes or more waiting for a drink . The staff is super nice but I think they also hold up the line .
To wait over 20mins in drive thru line for iced beverages is ridiculous. Drinks are exceptional but the wait time is not 👎🏽
Rude staff, one of the staff members was extremely rude. Poor customer service on his part. Expand parking space to avoid this happening again Expected better from Dutch bros. Ruined my day

Don’t expect to get your drink in under 30 minutes if there’s somewhat of a line. Takes forever and definitely don’t park inside if you have to be out quick as you’ll get stuck like me. They should’ve planned the exits more efficiently. Drinks are completely filled with ice giving you barely anything. Asked for light ice and still got more than half the cup of ice in the large. Better off going to Yucaipa as they have it put together better.
Very bad experience. The location is nice, newly constructed and looks beautiful. The middle island curb going into the lot is unnecessary and makes the turn too tight. I was here during grand opening week and I came with plenty of patience because understandably people were still learning the ropes. But now 2 weeks later I still waited 20 minutes for a regular Americano. That is unacceptable and would make me limit my visits here. People need to get to work quickly, in and out. Also, DO NOT ask me if I want to leave a tip. Not even Starbucks does that.
