Picked up an ice-blended drink for my sweetheart. I also picked up an iced mocha latte for myself.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. The drinks are always consistent
Probably the most convenient off the freeway coffee you're going to find. Quick off and back on location. Always stop by before work.
Had an employee come to me when I was ready to order . The guy who was giving me my drinks almost spilled my drink as he basically threw it. When I told the guy which one was which so he noticed my sizes were not given the way I ordered. He just gave me a response as I was stupid that I didn’t know what I ordered. I asked bc my drinks were given incorrectly , then made me feel as if I troubled him to fix it .
They need to fix the times of operation. They are constantly closed before the time posted.
They never made my drink right. I wish I could give negative but they may make other drink right but not mine.
Love their drinks! The manager here and staff is friendly and awesome!
My favorite Coffee Bean because it has a drive thru! I have a toddler, so it is a life saver. In addition, the employees are very friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to hear the speaker in the drive thru when there is a lot of freeway traffic on the 10.

Walked in here excited to try something new. No line inside a couple cars outside. The couple people sitting inside already had their drinks. Menu didn't reflect online menu, no biggie was able to figure something out. Did I forget to add not one greating or I'll be right with you. After still waiting to place order still nothing. Needless to say I was able to walk out without ordering. I guess theres a reason why people are loyal to....I don't think I need to say the place.
Went there for breakfast. Our Cappuccino and hot Mocha Latte were good, that's why I give two stars instead of one. All our food was pre-packed (lots of plastic packaging), stale, overpriced and mediocre, at most. Maybe it's fine if you go to the drive-in, but not for a cozy breakfast at the restaurant.
Clean ,spacious ,well lit space and friendly staff . We ordered a few different things and everything was ready within minutes . The only thing I did not like was that there was way too much ice in all drinks except for the cookie butter frappe . The ice occupied 70% of the glass and there hardly was any beverage after a few sips . They should probably let people know that in advance or probably give a choice to go light on ice. We also had the banana bread which was just average .The Mango cold brew tea was really flavorful and not too seeet. The caramel latte was rich and yummy . The dark chocolate latte though was just flavored icy coffee and nothing else . Pricing seemed reasonable
Love this coffee bean, such great customer service. Highly recommend their cheddar jalenpeno bagel delicious, and mocha frap.
Was Dashing and picking up orders here and the staff was totally rude and unprofessional especially some guy that felt the needed to assert his male dominance to a customer by ignoring him and me for no reason after I was patient with them but instead proceeded to look at me and at his staff and laughed like if it was funny. Can't imagine this location improving in any near future at this rate. 7/19/22 9:33 AM
Came here for late night drinks. The drinks were good, cafe was decent size, and the staff was great. The only thing I would say is that, they close the cafe at 10:00, but on Google, it states 10:30. Drive thru is open til 10:30, but the inside is closed at 10:00.
I am absolutely happy about coming here it’s my favorite spot to be at when i just want to lounge around and get some reading done!
Better tasting coffee than Starbucks, great service and has been my favorite coffee place since my first visit decades ago. This location is in a quiet spot and has friendly staff.

Great baristas! Excellent customer service! I loved that the restroom was clean and both the indoor and outdoor decor was so inviting and relaxing. This was just my first visit!!🥰🥰🥰
