Decent coffee but the staff is consistently unwelcoming and unfriendly. No hi, bye or thank you. Rude and off putting.

Worst customer service the 2 young ladies working the 4pm shift on Tuesday, August 9th 2022. We spend over $30 for trashy service never again rude nasty staff.
Stopped here to get an iced mocha on our road trip, it was clean BUT, the lady making the coffee was washing the measuring cups with her bare hand in the sink , no soap/brush/spong or anything, just her hands as a scrubber and water, not sanitary. No gloves when making drinks but the other employee put gloves on. It’s really gross to wash the measuring cup with your bare hands/water then use it right after to make someone’s drink. I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation…

The "sugar free" blended mocha was absolutely amazing for this diabetic. 😍 My new drink order for sure. They also have "sugar free" vanilla. ⭐

Got here at 5:15pm today & they closed, staff was very rude on top of them closing 45 minutes early. Drove out of my way to come here for this. Lazy people, don’t wanna work.

We stopped to get a good cup of coffee and they had no brewed coffee. This is a major stop for travelers to/from Vegas; how on earth do you not have coffee brewed on a Friday afternoon at a major travel stop as a COFFEE shop??!! Then we decided on plain iced black tea and were told they didn’t have that particular one made so had to choose from a different one. Ultimately we got a iced Swedish black tea but still cannot believe they had NO BREWED COFFEE!
