A nice and spacious coffee shop with quite a few specialties, both brewed and blended. I like that they have a peanut butter and chocolate blended mocha, I don't usually get blended drinks but I love peanut butter 😃 There were quite a few sandwich and bagel options. Plenty of art on the walls, and very distinct seating areas so that you can always have a different feel whenever you come. I like the giant coffee roasting machine on the left while waiting to order coffee, it definitely adds an authentic feel to the place. The baristas were very helpful and it was fun to watch them working efficiently, preparing our drinks for us 🙂

Can't say much about the bakery items, but the fresh roasted coffee is the real deal. Got the Italian roast for my espresso machine. Excellent!!
Their coffee is good and food is great. The only thing is the last few times I was there, it was very slow and we waited for over 12 min to get coffee. Other than that, it's a great place in the heart of Auburn CA. Not sure why their hours are like that, hopefully that will change soon. Good quality coffee and a place where you can relax or do some work.
Come for the delicious sweet and savory dishes at Depot Bay in Auburn, stay for the amazing community atmosphere! I recently visited and ordered a Sunrise Bagel with Avocado paired perfectly with an iced Caramel Macchiato- but what stayed most memorable was how connected everyone felt. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking to connect over shared conversations.
We have been ordering ground coffee from them every couple months for years now. Love the coffee and love the service. These folks do it right and take care of their customers.
Good coffee. Kind of a loud atmosphere due to the way the rooms are, if that's an issue.

Always love a coffee house that roasts there own beans and feels like a coffee house. Maybe play some background classic rock music, piano, violin would be icing on the cake
My favorite go-to place for welcoming atmosphere, cheery, smiling staff for non-☆$$ cup of coffee (actually peanut butter mocha) ... w/out coffee. An Auburn icon !!
Big selection of coffee. Kinda expensive, $3.05 for regular coffee. Very noisy seating area.

A friend of our recommended this place to us while we were hanging out in downtime Auburn. The place has a quaint coffeehouse feel and there is a good number of regular customers here. My wife ordered the regular mocha, while I tried out the Mexican mocha. A little too sweet for us, but we will order less sweetener next time we visit. Service is fast and the staff serve with a smile. Depot Bay also sells it's own coffee blends. Try them out on your next caffeine dose. For us, we have a new go to place in downtown Auburn!

Just the facts: Great service, decent breakfast burrito (they mean their spicy sauce), and refills on the drip coffee! Awesome spot Also, super clean bathroom 👍
Cute location. Small place , a bit loud inside. But food and service was top shelf.

I get Doordash orders here but only have been able to pickup 2 out of 10. No designated pickup spot inside and inability to get employees attention without waiting in-line which defeats the purpose of delivery service. I'll re-evaluate your services after employee changes in the future.
