Coffee is decent, but they are suppper sllllooooooww! Took over 20 minutes to get one beverage. If there’s a line at the walk-up window, there is no one out taking orders to prevent a hold up at the drive-through window.
Dutch Bros is great! But this location has the worst service of any I've been to in 4 states. Speed isnt the issue, it's attitude of more than one employee that is not in line with Dutch Bros' mission statement. Only location I've ever been to that has an employee that clearly doesnt want to be there and cries.
We stopped in before going out for a weekend Drive, and I will say that the chai latte is probably my favorite thing here. It definitely has a great flavor it is not too sweet, and is much better than other places

The girls were really outgoing which always makes service excellent. This is my first time trying the 911 and so far so good. Well worth it's money
Just about everything is loaded with stimulates, especially sugar. Staff is great though.
Finally got my Dutch fix today and it is awesome as always. The barista was very nice and helpful and my double chocolate frappe was awesome I'm a die hard Dutch fan.
The guy that took my order was really nice and he was very polite and the lady at the window she was very nice and very polite I will go back again for more drinks
Forget Starbucks. I will got out of my way. My go to is a hazelnut, mocha, chocolate double blended freeze. Semi-sweet.
I walked up to the window and it took almost 30 mins for my drinks and when I got my drink they were watered down because they were sitting there.
Not all are the same when it comes to service but the yucaipa store is the best service and drinks
Horrible wait time!!! I’ve been here at this location dozens of times but lately these last several times around 8-9pm and it seems like they have they’re best friends come here and hold up the line for 20 minutes at a time. How do I know this ? Well the workers come out of the store and hug their friends from their vehicles and reunite at the drivethru line and there’s other times where they’re sharing Krispy Kreme donuts out of the drivethru window. I don’t mean to put these workers out on blast but when it happens almost everyday around this exact time it becomes an inconvenience for someone like myself who doesn’t have much time on their hands. I love the coffee here but it’s not worth the wait time these workers use to loaf around.
Xavier was taking orders this morning and asked about my day. My dad passed away yesterday and I look a little rough today. He was very compassionate and very much appreciated. Thank you Xavier
The service is always amazing here! And the employees are always so nice and have some of the best suggestions for drinks. Love it here. Don’t let the line scare you, it moves quickly and oh so satisfying to stop here!
Got stuck in line for an hour and was finally able to ask the vehicle ahead of me for space to squeeze through! Seemed like one person was left alone to work. While taking multiple orders through the walk up window. Definitely an unpleasant experience.
So nice to have another coffee option! The drinks tend to be more sweet & creamy as opposed to strong & flavorful, so I always make adjustments accordingly. So many options for everything, its unlimited really. The staff is always super nice & outgoing, must be a requirement lol. Def recommend this place.

This is the BEST Dutch location in the high desert. Hands down! For all these cry babies saying “I didn’t get my drink fast enough”, they need to realize that even at their precious Starbucks, you still have to wait. You want fast coffee, walk into a convenience store and pour it yourself. Dutch has better coffee, better flavors, better options and more friendlier staff than any other competitor up here. Don’t worry, they won’t miss the random few who threaten to never go there again. This store will continue to thrive and produce many happy customers as the days go on!
Got here at 8:30 and they didn't take my order till 9:09 my fault for not just leaving like everyone else then when I got my drink didn't taste like it usually does tasted like just blend ice,I never had an issue before today,and corporate don't ask me to get in contact with u like u do everyone else,everyone that has reached out to u can't get a hold of you it's obvious you aren't willing to help none the less fix the problem,never again Dutch Brother never again.
Less expensive than Starbucks but not as good according to my taste buds
