I checked this place out here recently and wasn’t as impressed as I had hoped. The gentleman at the counter was not personable at all. I asked for a recommendation being my first time in; and he had nothing. And then I had to wait for like 25 minutes just to get my iced drink and 2 items from the case. Oh, and he had nothing for me to carry my pastries in. What a mess! (No one else was in line that’s why I mentioned my wait time).

I didn't end up getting any food or coffee, but the vibe was great here for working/lightly chatting.
The coffee is delicious and the staff are wonderful. However, I ordered a chocolate brownie and it was burnt and tasted awful.
Great quiche and the matcha latte was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Great place to relax or meet someone.
The coffee was delicious. Kinda disappointed in No Christmas drinks yet but that’s ok.

Great coffee and pastries. I wish coffee shops in NWA. Would go with a different coffee brand besides Onyx.
First off; I have been coming here since it first opened when it was Onyx and I come here often. The service on my past few visits have been very slow; especially in the drive through. Today I decided to go in because the line of cars was too long. Usually when I go in I can be out in about 3 minutes, but today the service was really slow. I knew I was going to be waiting a long time when the woman next to me said she had been waiting for ten minutes for a cinnamon roll. She had to ask the staff to just reach into to counter and had her her cinnamon roll so she would not be late. I ordered a small coffee. That was it nothing else. After my order was taken the person who took it left to go help at the drive through window and one person was left to make orders at the counter. I waited for a few minutes and saw five other people come in and have their orders taken while people were still waiting on their orders. I waited for ten minutes for one cup of coffee; I finally had to leave and let them keep my money because I was going to be late. I do not understand why it takes so long to pour one cup of coffee. They just lost a loyal customer who has been coming here for years. The service is just so slow and the product is not worth the price anymore considering they have raised prices again.
Coffee is well made, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. There are lots of drinks to choose from. There is a 7 brew across the street-skip it and come k er to Red Kite
So I originally gave these guys a 5 star review. But after having frequented this establishment more regularly, their prices ALWAYS change. The batistas aren't very knowledgeable of coffee or its chemistry. Asking for oat milk and it separates in my coffee.... they should know to pour milk first to prevent this. AND, it keeps happening. every time. I don't think ill be back. Which is a pity because this place used to be decent. very disappointing.
Love Love Love the quality of the coffee drinks. I always ask for hot shots in my iced lattes because it’s sooo good! I love their seasonal flavors.
