This place is one of the best coffee houses I've ever been to! I always go and grab frappes for me and my colleagues before work and they taste amazing! They definitely put quality first! If you ever come by this gem, please stop by. They are very friendly and produce amazing coffees and frappes!

Coffee was great and the amount of unique merch was excellent, however some of the food was just alright. Breakfast burritos were a great option to offer, however ended up quite bland and the ratio of eggs to bacon/sausage was almost entirely egg. Love the people, place, and location and would go again. Just a few minor improvements in food options needed.

I loved this coffee house. They had all the fresh pastries I was craving, great drink options, plethora of Arkansas souvenirs, and smiling staff eager to serve me. Highly recommend. Definitely will be back!

Update: I really appreciate the attention and effort that the owner made to respond to my review, it is clear that they do genuinely care and take pride in their business. That alone is worth 5 stars. They even went out of their way to refund my order which I didn't even ask for. While we didn't experience friendly service on our visits, I don't feel that the business owner should be penalized for the staff and understand that you don't have control over how staff handles each and every situation. I really want to like this place but this is our second visit with the same, not so great, experience. It is very cute and quaint little coffee shop and I am glad to have this option on the mountain where there is not a lot to offer other than nature. My biggest complaint is the staff has not been friendly on either of our visits. They seemed annoyed and inconvenienced on both visits... what I would expect at a fast food joint, but not the local coffee shop. I've receive much friendlier service at Starbucks. I am also really put off by their prices. I know it is the only coffee shop on the mountain, but it still feels like highway robbery to charge $7 for a medium espresso drink. I might could stomach the prices if the service was friendly... but on top of that, we were tried to order a decaf latte for my son. We were told they did not have decaf but could do a steamer (hot milk with a flavor pump). Then they tried to charge us full blown espresso drink price of $7 for a cup of hot milk. No thanks, I will buy two gallons for that price. I do appreciate all of the cute souveniers that they have to offer with their branding, and we did purchase a mug. They clearly place a high value on their branding and service, but without so much as a smile, it is not worth it to me. The drinks were made quickly and flavor was average. I will say that my husband had a white choclate mocha and there was some almost sour undertone to it that we couldn't quite place our finger on.... almost

My wife and I got 2 large coffees and 2 parfaits and it was $27.00!! Convenience was not worth the price. It took them 15 minutes to make the coffees as well. We drove down the mountain for coffee at The Coffee Bean the remainder of our trip. I recommend visitors to Petit Jean State Park do the same, unless this place reduces its prices. Sorry guys...you could do better

Forget the charming vibe this place has ;) and the friendly staff. We stopped by to get the brown bag lunch specials. The chicken salad was so delicious! I was told the jalapeno pimento cheese sandwich was really good. Next time, we will stop for breakfast.

I've been to hundreds of different coffee shops and this one is definitely different than any other I've been to. Being situated in the state park and on it's own out there in nature makes it a beautiful place to enjoy your coffee. It's great that you can camp in the state park and then hop over there in the morning for a hot cup of coffee. I was tent camping so building the fire just to make a coffee is sometimes a hassle so I very much appreciated them. I talked to the owners for a bit they are very nice people I was happy to support this place
