Paid almost $7 for a medium Toasted Marshmallow Chiller that tasted nothing like marshmallow. I also got no whipped cream or syrup drizzle for some reason. Won't be back.
They know me by name and what I order. They have sugar-free alternatives for Diabetes
Great coffee and there's always friendly service.
7 Brew is always good. I recommend half sweet on any sweetened coffee drinks unless you want a serious sugar buzz.

Coffee is horrible this morning, and it's definitely not what I ordered. Very very frustrating. I have to be at work so I don't have time to turn around. God, it's so frustrating to spend your money and make this place your stop before going to work to receive something that you're not going to drink and now have no time to go anywhere else. You guys really let me down today. We give you our number for a reason, and I've seen most of you being trained at locations like the one on MLK, and they train you to out the customers' number in first. Terrible experience today and an absolutely horrible tasting product. The number for this location doesn't work either. It connects you to their corporate office, which isn't even open now. I can't get consistency here.
