Came to eat here, impossible to get to, no signs even showing where they are and then get here and they aren’t even open even even though they showed they were. You can’t call because the phone numbers says they don’t take calls you have to email them. Never coming back here again absolutely ridiculous.
As a student on campus I have never had a good experience from this location. I have given it several tries and been disappointed each time with the lack of consistency, taste of coffee, and overall lack of organization by staff. I have seen and had my order lost a couple times, been given the wrong items and told I was mistaken, and waited over 20 minutes for a single bagal. Never going back, do not go here if you need to be in class in the next 30 minutes.
Nice breakfast/brunch/lunch/snack spot located on Arkansas State's campus. It is located inside the Humanities and Social Sciences building on the 1st floor. It can get crowded between classes and at peak times but that is expected on campus. The food is always good and the staff is friendly and funny. I prefer this eatery to the others currently offered on campus.
Food tastes good, but the costumer service and the wait time is the worst on the entire campus. Not worth it.
As someone who has lots of long hours as a music major, it is so nice to take a break with my friends and go over to Einstein's with them. It's great food with a wonderful building that has amazing acoustics and atmosphere. 10/10 my college career has been saved. 😂

Bagels are SO yummy!! I always get the Tasty Turkey!! Only 3 stars because the customer service just isn't there 😕 Maybe you can share a smile with the workers there...they seem to be having a bad day. 🤷♀️

Awesome food, dessert, and coffee/frozen coffee options. The food is on the healthier side, and the service is always great. Plus, the building creates a great atmosphere. The only drawback is that there is always a long line during normal eating hours.
