Came here for a date and the place looked as if there was a party. None of the tables were clean inside or out. My date was running behind so I grabbed a menu and waited. After about 10 to 15 mins there was no cashier in site. Only a 3 or 4 year old girl sitting out front. Apprentally there were three people in the back room. A man and 2 woman. The man came out asking if I needed help. He spoke broken english so we couldn't communicate all that well. I told him my date was late so we needed a few minutes. He then went back to the back room. Once my date arrived we had to wait for the cashier to return to the front. We went to the back yelled for somone several times and there was no reply. Eventually they walked to the front. The cashier took our order but made each of our drinks incorrectly. Before we could say anything he was already on his way to the back room again. By the time we finished our drinks one of the ladies came back to the front to talk to the little girl they practically left managing the store... I have to be honest.. I never felt so robbed lol
VERY friendly staff
Very friendly place with a ton of options! They have multiple drink styles, flavorful tea, and so many add-ins and toppings; significantly more than anywhere else in town. The vibe is gorgeous and everything was super clean. The menu is easy to read and you can make your drinks as sweet or unsweetened as you want and you can also control the amount of ice you want. Cool place and will be back!

I am always taking my kid here they love the teas and the atmosphere its very clean and nice on the inside and the teas are great we go to all the places in town with bubble tea and always end up coming back to this one

Customer service was great however was very confused on the boba. I wanted the usual tapioca balls but instead got jelly which I was not a fan of. The taro milk is great however, but the strawberry we got was ridiculously bitter despite the 80% sweetness we got. It also has a lot of grainy bits in it that made it even more unappetizing. I could not drink it. The price was $8.25 per 20 oz tea which felt pretty overpriced compared to the other alternatives in Jonesboro. I’ll definitely be sticking to Bubblee or T-Tea from now on.

Friendly staff and nice drinks
The staff was amazingly friendly. They helped me pick a lactose free options that was both delicious and didn’t hurt my stomach. Staff recommended a peach/mango with mango jelly and it was so refreshing for a hot day.
The people here are so friendly and inviting and are ready to help you pick something out and the tea is absolutely delicious would recommend 100%!!
I have been waiting for this one to open and it was worth the wait! As far as specialty tea place in Jonesboro go this Ding Tea is by far the best. The best customer service the minute I walked in the door. The gentleman that was taking our order had such a sunny personality it was refreshing to get good service. He offered us suggestions and explained the menu. He even let us sample the toppings to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I got a passion fruit milk tea with 80% sugar, it was the flavor was delicious and bold and didn't taste watered down thankfully. We also got the winter melon milk tea, it was amazing unique flavor almost like cereal milk! I will definitely be back to try there dozens of flavors options!

I tried the Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea with Golden Boba. It was super delicious. I took a Taro milk tea home. I feel like this is the best tea house in Jonesboro.
They have a wide variety of different types of drinks. The staff was extemely helpful and nice. I got a matcha milk tea with classic crystal boba and loved it. The tea taste fresh and the sweet level was perfect. They also offer different sweetener levels. I will definitely be going back.
So friendly! I had the taro milk tea with the taro pudding that they make in house. It was delicious! You can also make it as sweet as you’d like so I loved having the option to really customize it to my taste. They had a lot of different options and I felt very welcomed. I’ll definitely be back!!
My husband and I tried it and it was delicious. There are so many choices on the menu but they are so nice and helpful and helped us decide what’s to get. We had milk tea and would recommend it.
This place meets Ding Tea standard. Definitely a must-go if you're in town👌👌👌
