The Korean corn dogs they advertise and post are NOTHING like the ones you buy there. Went the other day and I ordered 3 of the hotdogs ones and they gave me the cheese ones. They had the audacity to tell me I ordered them wrong and I didn’t. They were also frozen/cold. They didn’t offer to exchange them or offer a refund. The girls that served us that kept snickering and looking at us when we took our seats and ate what they gave us because once again they didn’t offer to exchange them. Terrible food and service!! Also other people from my family have gone and have had the same thing happen.
Took foorreeevveerr to make our teas. Flavors were alright. Definitely overpriced.
Absolutely delicious waffle cones and the fruity teas are my favorite! Very nice employees! I love this place!
I didn't get photos this time, but Oh My Goodness! The Bubble Waffles are amazing! I got the Oreo Waffle and my sister had the Carmel Pecan and they were both delicious! You should definitely try one if you haven't already.
The boba pearls are never cooked right. They're always hard in the center. They also charger 1-2 dollar more than what it's worth.
This is the place to go! Amazing staff and food!
I love it! Taste delicious! Aside from the ambiance and the staff, the experience is amazing. Definitely worth it! Giving it 5 stars!
The only thing was they were out of the tapioca pearls.
The prices are wrong on the menu and they didn't have 16oz options.
My first question before I ordered the tea was "Is it tapioca pearls or jelly popping bubbles?" Answer "It is tapioca." Perfect! I had the brown sugar milk tea, and it was oh sooo good! A week later, I had the strawberry-mango (jelly popping bubbles). It was perfect! 😋 Currently curbside pickup only. I now visit every few weeks, whenever I'm in Jonesboro, and I always try a different flavor!
The tapioca is so chewy. Made the right way, this is what a real bubble tea should taste like.

It's different....the flavor is an acquired taste. But I'm sure I can try to get use to it.
Go to T-Tea, they're drinks actually don't taste watered down. This tea here had most of my boba popped already so I was basically sipping boba skins! Drink was watery as hell, bland.. and I would never come here again. The boba beads that were whole were actually delicious and the only thing that tasted sweet in my so called milk tea
I have been 3 or 4 times. The first times the tapioca was not cooked enough (it was very hard). The most recent time the boba was so soft that I honestly don't think it was tapioca. It was gross. Drinks are fine.
Good. First time trying this location. Lids didn’t stick well at all! But other than that, it was flavorful 🙂

the staff member that served me was extremely rude, unpleasant, and made me feel unwelcome. this place won’t be getting my business until she’s gone. and my drink was nasty and tasted like ramen noodles🙄
