Fantastic find for us this morning. Outstanding rolls and a great breakfast sandwich all coupled with a very welcoming conversation with the owners. Wish we lived closer!
Great cinnamon rolls. Bathrooms were available which suprised me.
Stopped at Will's on our way home to Michigan and will stop again next time we are in Hot Springs area. Friendly people, great breakfast muffin sandwich and the Cinnamon rolls.... to die for!
Pay attention to the fact it is closed in the middle of the week! Super disappointing. Also, this is a food truck with picnic tables not a restaurant.
Great big beautiful cinnamon rolls with a range of toppings! Get the coffee maple with caramel and pecans!! So decadent.
So delicious! Ask about their Sunday specials! Today was a savory roll made from the same dough as the cinnamon rolls, and it had bacon, egg, and cheese. We got a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, 2 "magic" cookies, and 4 cinnamon rolls (we only needed one to share but I failed in communication when I told my friend what to order). We also got a hot coffee and iced coffee, which is roasted locally, and it was delicious. The people working in the morning (the owners, I suppose) were really nice and fun!
Awesome locally-owned business. Owners are exceptionally nice. Food is fantastic, and it's not expensive at all, especially considering the quality!
Best cinnamon rolls ever and best customer service!
This is now more of a food truck thank an actual storefront. The cinnamon rolls are delicious! The staff are very friendly. No longer have an espresso machine however they do still sell traditional drip coffee.
Amazing! Super nice and amazing food and coffee! Go go go! :) we were visiting out of town from Dallas, and we are so glad we stopped here. :)

Went to Will’s Cinnamon Shop the last two days, and it was DELICIOUS. If you are in the area, it is a must go! It was very well priced. For my husband and I to get two breakfast sandwiches, a cream cheese cinnamon roll, and two locally roasted cups of coffee it was right at the $20 mark - unbeatable. The breakfast sandwiches are made right in front of you, the bacon is crispy, the cinnamon rolls are light, fluffy and not too sweet and the coffee - even the decaf - is fantastic! Will is kind and very committed to his business. Highly recommend.
This was our favorite place for food in hot springs! We got their breakfast sandwiches, savory roll, cinnamon roll, donut muffin, coffee and a snickerdoodle over a couple of days and they are amazing!
Very soft and well seasoned cinnamon rolls and a friendly owner! The light-roasted coffee they provide is from a local roaster and should be highlighted as the best accompaniment of the breakfast sandwiches and the sweet cinnamon rolls.
Tried the regular and lemon cinn. rolls, and the bacon/egg sandwich. Everything was amazing!! Will is so nice. This was a fantastic choice! You must have breakfast here!
Stopped at the trailer on our way to a mining hike. Damn those are tasty cinnamon rolls! Try the coffee maple icing!! Also great service and attentiveness!
