This place is really nice! Located along the shopping strips of hot springs, this is a really good place to eat breakfast or lunch. There’s a decent amount of good food options for vegetarians and vegans as well. I tried the vegan gyro and the huevo rancheros and they were both delicious! The drinks were also pretty good. I recommend the rose oolong. everyone is really nice and the atmosphere is lovely! I’d definitely recommend

Was a nice clean establishment but, was not impressed with the coffee. Service was good.

Wish they had more cold coffee options. Tea seems to be the primary thing here. Still was nice.

We came in later in the afternoon and service was a little slow but the shop wasn't very busy so not sure what was going on. We got the grilled cheese, a coffee and a tea. I will say, I enjoyed the peach tea for sure. Had a great vibe. We might have just caught them at a bad time.

The food was great! The manager doesn’t seem to have patience for newer people, so he might talk to you like you’re ignorant. He might’ve had a bad morning so I don’t mean to be too harsh. The other workers are very warm, nice, and welcoming. If you need coffee and the line at pancake house is too long, consider this as a good alternative.

Incredible shop on the corner! Super friendly service with great drink selections. Espresso was extracted perfectly which is always a plus. Ambience is perfect here, you won’t be disappointed.

The family grabbed teas and coffees here. They were good. Friendly staff. Seems to be where locals hang out too.

Aesthetics were nice, but was not expecting the coffee to be so gross.... Absolutely disgusting coffee. You can find so many better places, don't waste your time here.

Great atmosphere and super yummy food! The bowl of goodness was amazing. However the coffee was really not great, if you are really into coffee I would suggest going somewhere else.

I love stopping at this place every time we visit hot springs. It is the best coffee in downtown Hot Springs. I just wish there was more seating.

Probably my favorite place over the whole weekend. Good coffee/teas and food items. Even though being a Cafe, everything was fresh! They have gluten free bread as well.

Bagels are fresh and delicious with so many options to build your own. Great environment with several seating options: tables outside, bar along the windows, large tables and comfy chairs. Staff was very nice and made amazing food in the small kitchen. There is magic coming out of there.

I absolutely love this place but I've been here two dozen times and every time I ask for a pour over I'm told it takes too much time and that the brewed is cheaper. I would love to know why it's on the menu but not orderable.

I walked in and got 4 lattes for the family. I ordered 2 hot and 2 iced. 1 hot caramel, 1 hot white chocolate, and two iced caramel. All were really good. Other than taking my order, I really didn't have much interaction with the staff. Although I did observe them being friendly to others and interacting friendly towards each other. It looked like they had a pretty good setup where whoever takes your order makes your order. Then another person is waiting to take/make the next order. I'm sure this removes a lot of the confusion of communicating the order to another person to make. The line moved fairly quick because of this. It looked like they had some good food but I didn't eat anything. Parking is a mess in Hot Springs in that area but that's not their fault. The location is great for those shopping around the bathhouse area. I'll definitely come back.

We’ve been on the road for six days, have eaten some really good food, but the vegan gyro and salad I had for lunch at Kollective were the tastiest items I’ve had on this trip. Yum!! The lattes are delicious, and the service is great too!

So cute! Our Airbnb host insisted that we check this place out and it was well worth it. Excellent oatmilk lattes, I had sf white chocolate and my bestie had toffee nut. We ordered a blueberry scone to share and it was decent. Overall great vibes. Would definitely go back 😊

Fantastic location ..and service. Good food too. Loved the salad and the cookie was delicious. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
