This place has awesome boba! I normally stick with a traditional milk tea with tapioca pearls and this spot definitely does it right. I’ve been in town a few days and have already gone twice.

I wasn't going to change my 1-star rating until this place did better and change their staff. And they actually did and thank GOD because the new staff is alot more friendly and more welcoming than the older staff, including the new district manager himself. Now I can finally go back in peace without feeling uneased. 😌🧋🍥

First experience with boba, not unpleasant, store front is fairly sparse, menu seems large, but honestly it’s a little befuddling. Nice staff.

The service was great! She was training another person and was doing an awesome job. She was very good at explaining the menu items. She helped us customize our Boba teas and they taste amazing!

Kawaii Boba House is the place to go for sweet refreshing teas and delicious steamed buns. It’s a cute (kawaii 😉) space with cute merchandise. I had a mango tea with peach popping boba and also the banana milk tea with cherry boba. You won’t be disappointed!!!

My sister and I went here for the first time this week and we both loved our drinks. I got the Frog Prince 🐸 I can't wait to go back and try more.

Super Awesome! Been waiting on a good boba place to open in Hot Springs and this is it :) They have a rewards system, whereas the "pearls" are super easy to get. I've loved everything I've gotten and my only complaint would probably be the walls are bland but I'm sure that comes with being just opened. Definitely go!

This is one of the best boba places I have been to. And I have been to several in many different states. Fair prices. The bao buns were very good as well! Very friendly customer service too! Will definitely be back when we are in hot springs!

The food and drinks are amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is pretty bare. Only a couple of tables and chairs. It seems a little sterile, but I'll definitely be frequenting this place.

I'm not huge on the boba craze. I think it's weird, but it was 😋

Don’t go! The Kawaii in Hot Springs is awful. The staff get my orders wrong every time I go and I’ve been many times. There also has been a few staff that have been rude and mean. The prices are way to pricey, for a “large” it’s 10$ when it’s basically a small drink….If I were you I would go to Bobalisious in Little Rock there boba drinks are 10-12$ for a ex large drink.

I have been twice now and I love it!! The staff was nice and helpful and the store was clean and well kept. I got the Taro boba, black tea, tapioca pearls and the cream cheese foam. Oh my! It was amazing!

Went with my boyfriend to try some boba tea. Normally, I strongly dislike boba since I'm not a big fan of the weird jelly texture, but these were fantastic! the popping boba with taro was not too sweet but sweet enough and my boyfriend got the strawberry with yogurt boba that tasted like a milkshake. Def coming again to try the many flavors and combos they have to offer!
