Outstanding service and very friendly!
Worst boba I’ve ever had. I’m under the impression that this place has such good reviews because it is the ONLY boba option around. Poor customer service experience when they messed up my drink and then charged me more to fix it
Great service and amazing drinks
Might just be me, but if I pay $6 for a drink. I'd hope it would be filled. Took around 15 minutes to get our drinks, no AC in the shop, and they messed up our order. When we asked them to correct it, they made us pay extra to get the right thing and had to wait again for the fix. Boba was poorly prepared and tea was over steeped. Almost went back in for a refund and decided we'd just throw it away. I'd skip this spot.

I love Jubi's! I've been here twice now and had a good experience each time. I hope to go back and try more of their milk tea options.
This Place it amazing the boba is soooooo god
Fantastic service!! Taylor and Lisa helped us today and they were amazing! Talked with us, gave us ideas, and explained any questions we had. The tea were phenomenal! I actually ended up getting 3 for just myself, 1 for now and 2 for later! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I am giving 2 stars because the drink was good. Should be a 5 but the ladies there… are rude as can be. We are first timers on boba we’ve had about 3 different kinds. So we decided to order online. That was a mistake since the drink we ordered were thought said MATCHA and it said MOCHA.. so they did remake the drink to the matcha but we wanted it a cold blended drink. The cashier was so rude asking questions like is it a 12 yr old ordering. After the 4th time of her making me feel dumb because we didn’t order right I took my drink and left! That’s why o don’t to until after receiving.. I will never go here again m this is a milk tea for all new boba lovers.. not what we wanted but I’ll take it
We came to Hot Springs for our 3 year anniversary, and happened upon this cute little Bobba tea place. The sweet lady at the counter was extremely helpful and just genuinely kind. The drinks were AMAZING. I will highly recommend it! Will definitely be coming back next time we come to Hot Springs!
Really great atmosphere, staff is super nice and talkative. I got a black sugar tea and it’s phenomenal. However, if you have sensory issues I wouldn’t recommend the boba.
We enjoy coming to Jubi Tea. Disappointed that they close early sometimes.
