We paid for two different orders and they only made the food for one which took a very long time, and then said that we didn't order anything else. Which is not true, my bank statement tells me we paid twice, and they were kinda rude about it.

I got the energy drink thing called, Spa day and it was pretty refreshing. I want to go back and try different things. We went through the drive through. Service was great.

My daughter & I stopped by the good ‘ole “Old Town Espresso”, in Heber! And—as usual—the knocked it out of the park; ensuring quick service, detail-oriented questions to ensure excellent flavor & an awesome attitude…to top off our [awesome] experience. Thank y’all!!!!
I'm not sure who is giving this place bad reviews but I've read some of the reviews and some people are just mean. Im sure it is more of the tourists than locals. I'm not a tourist or local, try to get a coffee when I visit my parents and I can promise that I've never had and issue. There are times the window drive-thru is very busy but it's well worth the wait so if your the type of person that gets angry and aggravated because you're having to wait a little while for your turn in line, I suggest you go elsewhere but don't give a business a bad review because you didn't like the wait. You never know what is going on from day to day with not having enough employees to work the shift, employees being sick and other factors that can create issues for the customers. coffee here is amazing especially the iced coffees plus very reasonably priced. I suggest that anyone whether locals or tourist give it a try, I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

Really friendly people and a great place. We had ice cream and a shake and they were delicious.
Need more employees. There are two drive up windows and only one employee left to make all of the drinks. That’s is ridiculous and bad business practice. People leave because of the wait. Treat your employees better!
Got there and she said they were closed when their was legit a car that just pulled out bro like what… shame
Their selection was limited when I visited due to low or no stock of some items. Still it was good. We both enjoyed our frappe's.

OMG the best place. Love ❤ going any time. They are very professional. Very kind and sweet people. The size and quality very much dead on the price. They always make me Comfortable as if making drinks w family. I am a Bursting bubble boba Fan even not Knowing much about about the different drinks I ask them to come up something they think I would like and I never leave unhappy. You got try Old Town!
