THE BEST COFFEE SHOP IN FORT SMITH!!! Quick service and very friendly!!! I love double punch tuesdays with the pink punch cards!!! All the baristas there are super sweet! I spilled my coffee all over my clothes and the floor and one of them came and helped me clean up the spill and even made me another coffee and I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO TIP THEM!
Great food & drinks! Very clean. Great atmosphere. The staff was very professional and pleasant. And they got every part of our order right.
Don’t come here if you plan on studying using a laptop, they no longer any outlets to charge your stuff. The music is too loud and it’s sad to see it so lonely.
Tried it again since they changed owners and it was not good. I thought they were supposed to keep it the same but it really was awful. The coffee itself was not good. It's the first time I've poured a coffee down the drain. Watery tasting coffee and way too sweet. I mean sweetbay always been sweet but this was disgusting. I'm very sad about it. I got a white cow and my brother got an Americano with cream and they forgot the cream. The employee at the window was very nice though.
You can order the same beverage every day of the week and it will taste different 5 days out of 7.
Used to be a great place to meet with friends and talk over coffee, but now there is no seating. The main room has been converted into an overpriced specialty grocery store, the fireplace room is closed, and the patio is reserved for private parties. I have been a customer of Sweetbay for a decade. I wil go to Fort Smith Coffee Co from now on you instead.
Good chain feel coffee shop with food offerings. Ordering and receiving coffee feels a little disorganized. No one tells you the process, takes your name or gives an identifying number. Saw 2 coffees go to wrong customers and had to be remade. Staff was great about it, but it could be avoided. Tomatoe soup, oh. My. God. Order it. I drink black coffee, and I have had a Chai tea there (extremely good). Clientele, more Karens than the norm, a lot of "old money" in the main dining area. Really neat alcove inside and huge enclosed patio.
I always love sweet bay, not overly sweet and you're getting actual coffee not just sugar.

Stopped by for frozen coffee. Our drinks did not even taste like coffe. I was so disappointed. This place used to be good.
Steamed milk with no coffee. I moved to town and gave them a try. The first time, I thought it was a mistake and gave them another chance. The second time, I realized a Sweet Bay Coffee Co latte doesn't contain any coffee. I won't be going back.
would give negative stars if i could. used to love sweet bay, however new company bought it up and fired EVERY SINGLE employee.

I don't hate Sweet bay I actually love it! However I heard recently that they changed owners!!!! And FIRED EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE. SOOOO 7 BREW WILL BE GETTING MY $$
Not directed at just this location but all locations, don’t continue giving any money and/or support it. They don’t treat their employees right. Firing two whole stores with no notice is disgusting. Shady company that deserves to go under.
I worked here for four years. I had some amazing co workers, but the owners care nothing for their staff. In fact, they were all recently let go with hardly any warning. This isn’t even the first time they’ve done it, they considered doing the same thing before when they fired one of the old store managers and the location in the mall was shut down a couple of years ago with no warning to the staff there, leaving them with no job just a few weeks before Christmas. Not to mention the equipment was constantly breaking, the owners would leave it broken for months at a time, and the place is infested with roaches. If you’re considering going to SweetBay I would save yourself the time and just don’t. Their food and coffee is not quality and it is way too overpriced. It’s also a terrible place to work at. You’d be much better off going to Fort Smith Coffee Co or even Dunkin.
Fired all employees TODAY 2/28/2023 with no notice. Disgraceful. Not to mention how they treated their now former employees FOR YEARS. Just sad.
Not sure why this is called Sweet Bay Coffee Co. because coffee seems to be the biggest afterthought on their menu. Very dissatisfied with our visit.
Sweet Bay Coffee Co is the biggest clickbait I have ever seen. Coffee is a very small portion of their menu. I thought that they would have more signature coffee drinks or at least say on the menu what was in their signature coffee drinks. I shouldn’t have to ask what’s in every drink. Also, maybe do some quality branding with your cups? Why are you using gas station cups?? And the biggest issue. The coffee. Watered down coffee with a disgusting amount of syrup added to cover their shame. They should also work on their customer service skills.
