I usually never leave reviews, but I love their coffee! Great flavors and quite a lot to choose from and the staff are extremely nice:)

UPDATE: I went in today and it wasn't cold! The owner really might have been serious about changing the temperature after my review! 😲 Stay tuned, I'll confirm this change the next time I go. ORIGINAL: Great coffee options but tbh, I've had so many people say they didn't want to meet me here because it's so cold inside. And wow! Last time I went I could hardly keep working on my laptop because I literally started shivering and losing feeling in my fingers. I've honestly stopped coming myself because it's is SO COLD in there! I've even asked them about it before and looked around at everyone else also cold and wearing their winter coats in the fall inside and they say they can't get the balance right between there and the office. Since that conversation I actually think it's gotten even colder, if I'm totally honest.
I've only been here twice and both times the coffee was outstanding and the service was too and I'd only used the drive through. Getting treated well when ordering and receiving a delicious coffee is something to be grateful for. I received both when I went to Bolder and will be going back again.

The place has decent coffee. It's sad to hear that the owner of these stores is very controlling and treats his staff horrible. For that reason I don't think I will return and hope the staff finds better opportunities elsewhere.
I stopped coming here bcuz they do not even think about starting DoorDash orders until you arrive to pick it up(and even then they do not prioritize it or rush in any way to complete it) which I find a little disrespectful of our time since we get paid flat rate not by time elapsed. And we are bridging the gap between you and your customers. Wasn’t super impressed by this so won’t be giving them my business anymore on a personal level or accepting orders for here.
We just have coffee - decaf americano. It's good. Great location. Very nice interior. Staff have always been welcoming and prompt.

I get Bolder at least once a week and have not been disappointed yet. Great service, chill atmosphere and very friendly Baristas. Prices are comparable to other more popular coffee chains but I favor Bolder since their coffee and lattes tend to be on the stronger side in terms of flavor and caffeine
Good coffee, moderately priced compared to other locations, and the staff is great. They have recipes that I don't find anywhere else. "That'll Do" (chai, matcha, espresso) and "Apple Jax" are my favorites!
The BDVL is true to its name. I’ve had the regular and sugar-free version and both are absolutely the BEST *DAMN* VANILLA LATTE I’ve ever had. Holder’s coffee is so delicious and smooth. My favorite place to get coffee.
Staff is always kind and accommodating. The drive through is convenient. Appreciate their tea latte selection—especially the bonfire bliss.
Bought 2 Americano. Both Leaked over my cup holder as we were waiting for them to cool off a bit. Gave it another try, leaked again before we had a chance to drink. Good coffee, terrible coffee cups. I just think it’s funny they always tell us “look like you earned a free coffee next time” after swiping our card lol. Every time. Great employees tho.
Double shot for under $2 out the door! $6 32oz ice coffee which is kinda unheard of. Small coffee shops over giant corporations all day everyday. Kind people are my kinda people, excellent customer service.
Awesome coffee! Awesome staff! Great place to get out of the heat, meet with friends and enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat.
I've been coming here for over a year consistently. I love the quality of their coffee drinks and the employees are kind and courteous. I've been a part of their award program since I started going. My only critique is that their new rewards program feels less rewarding compared to their last version of it. I feel slightly cheated and under valued as a loyal customer since they switched.

Coffee is super smooth. Staff is wonderful, very friendly. Such a refreshing break from the big corporation coffee shop. Great experience all around! Will definitely visit again!!
